Lemon Grove está situado entre bosques de limoneros, naranjos y olivos, un entorno tranquilo en un pequeño complejo de villas con piscina comunitaria, ideal para parejas y familias por igual y cerca de tiendas. Se encuentra a poca distancia a pie de la plaza de Polis, con sus numerosas tabernas y restaurantes. Latchi está a solo cinco minutos en coche con sus playas y restaurantes al lado del puerto. Los pueblos costeros y de montaña de los alrededores ofrecen auténtica hospitalidad, cultura y gastronomía grecochipriota, lo que lo convierte en unas vacaciones relajantes. Una base ideal para los entusiastas del senderismo para explorar el Área de Conservación de la Naturaleza de la Península de Akamas. Si eres un entusiasta del golf, el campo de golf Tsada está a 25 minutos y los campos Secret Valley y Aphrodite Hills están dentro de una hora. Las unidades de aire acondicionado están situadas en las dos habitaciones y están incluidas en el precio. Lovely holiday home with fab pool and only 10 mins walk from centre of Pplis

Very well equipped and comfortable holiday home with lovely quiet pool. Short walk to a fab bakery, small supermarket, 10 pin bowling (!) and restaurant and 10 minutes to the centre of Polis with many bars and restaurants. Point to note, the blackout curtain in the twin bedroom didn't fully block the morning sun - so our kids woke earlier than they might otherwise have done. TV had English channels and a dvd player. Polis was a great base for a holiday, nice beaches and various other attractions within a short drive. Highly recommended.

Lemon Grove, Polis, Cyprus

Spent 14 nights at Lemon Grove in Polis. Fantastic holiday house, shared pool was so quiet, mostly just us there. Walking distance to Polis, with restaurants and a small old town square. Hired a 4x4 and did plenty of off-roading; visiting Lara beach, Avakas Gorge and drinking in glorious views, whilst teetering on mountain passes! Also hired a speedboat and explored the Akamas coastline at our own pace, snorkelling in the amazing crystal clear water. Would highly recommend Lemon Grove. Owner was efficient with paperwork, directions and polite with all communications. We’ll be back!!

EXCELLENT

We stayed here the last two weeks of June and had a great time. We’re seasoned veterans of Polis and the surrounding area having been holidaying there for over 26 years. Lemon Grove is now one of our favourite places to stay. The villa itself is lovely, equipped to a very high standard, nice little kitchen area, it has a good comfy bed, and plenty of storage space and good aircon which is obviously a necessity in the Cypriot summer. It has a lovely balcony to the front which gets the sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon / evening and a lovely back garden which is shaded in the morning and sunny in the afternoon, so sunshine or shade, the choice is yours. A very short walk from the front door is the pool area which has bathrooms as well as showers, It is clean and well maintained and the pool was a joy to get into to cool down from the sun. The street itself has a mixture of rental accommodation as well as ex pats and Cypriots living there and we were struck by how genuine and friendly everybody was. Every person you saw would stop to speak or give a wave and a smile which was nice. On arrival there was an excellent welcome pack including bread, cheese, butter, coffee and plenty water which was a very nice gesture and one we appreciated. Finally, booking and contact with Alex the owner was a smooth easy process and we will definitely look to return to Lemon Grove again.

Excellent villa, location & host

We have been staying at this villa for some years now, standards never change. Alex the owner is a great host, communication is spot on, after being delayed 5 hours a welcome pack was very much appreciated in the early hours of the morning. The villa is clean and tidy, just a few steps out to the communal pool which is quiet as alot of the residents live & work there or bought for there own use. Patio area at the back of the villa is great of a night time to watch the sun go down over the field with a chilled glass of vino. Just a 10 min walk into Polis Square where you'll find different restaurants and all very good. You have papa's supermarket and other little ones, you can get all you need. At the end of the lane turn left another supermarket, good bakers, carry on along that road will take you to Latchi by car. Can not fault anything and never want to go home !!! Thank you Alex

We love Lemon Grove!

We’ve just returned from our second stay at Lemon Grove. So wonderful to be back in this pretty villa. Just perfect for us, with the back patio looking out to an olive grove - and then the beautiful swimming pool at the front of the villa! We had 35 - 40 degree weather with consistent sunshine and really appreciated the sunshades and air conditioning! We love the fact that you can easily walk to the nearby bakery or into Polis at night. Alternatively, there are a variety of bars and restaurants on the sea front at Latchi. Such a great place for a relaxing break with lots of swimming, good fresh seafood and some sight-seeing to the Blue Lagoon, nearby little villages and as far as Kourion. Lovely villa in quiet location

Well equipped villa with a lovely shared pool. Good AC included plus TV with English channels. Quiet location but 10 minutes walk into the square at Polis and five mins. drive to Latchi. Minor problems were sorted out quickly via the owner so can thoroughly recommend this villa.

Lovely villa, Fantastic location, easy walking distance to town. quiet, small complex, great pool.

This is our second time staying here. We aboustly love the villa, everything you need in there and more. Communal pool is great. Small quiet complex and location. Brilliant bakers, supermarket and resturants very short walk from the entrance to Lemon Grove.Short and easy walk into Polis it's self, which has great restaurants one in particular we tried this time was Platea meze house. Alex the owner of the villa makes the booking procedure very easy. More than happy to answer any questions. Will most defiantly be booking again. Thank you Alex

Perfect place to stay

We loved the location, quiet but within walking distance of polis square . The villa is well equipped and the pool is lovely. We hired a boat in Latchi which was the highlight of the holiday, the water in the blue lagoon is beautiful. A lovely holiday. Hope to go back and would definitely stay in this villa again

Lemon Grove

What a fabulous place to stay. Within easy walking distance of Polis where there are ample restaurants and bars and a short 3Km drive to Latchi with a lovely harbour with boat trips and more restaurants to choose from. Lemon Grove is clean, comfortable and has all the facilities necessary for a great holiday. The pool, which is right outside the front door, was slightly chilly but very refreshing and enjoyable once you are in. Usually we had it to ourselves although it was well used by others too. The owners were very good at replying to any questions and providing information about the property, local area and car hire. Lemon Grove is quiet and relaxing, the only down side for us was barking dogs across the field to the back of the property, however this isn't constant, just a little annoying. The surrounding area is beautiful and a boat trip on the traditional boat from Latchi with BBQ food, wine/juice and 2 1/2 hours swimming/snorkelling in the Blue Lagoon is highly recommended.

Highly Recommended

We have holidayed in Polis on numerous occasions and have stayed in this villa on our last two visits. The villa is clean, has all the essentials and meets all our needs. We particularly like this viilla because we can stroll to Polis in the evening where we can eat in a different restaurant each time. Although the pool is communal we have very rarely had to share it with other holiday makers/owners. We will definitely be going back, hopefully later in the year.

Lovely quiet property for a couple

My husband and I had a great stay at lemon grove, the property is situated in a small quiet complex with a good sized pool. We had the pool to ourselves every time we used it. The property itself is well maintained and clean. The situation of the property is perfect, it's only a short (5-10minute) walk in to the town but far enough away to avoid any traffic/street noise. We have recommended this property to all our friends and family and have plans to return next year. The owners are also very easily available to contact. Thank you!

Lemon Grove

We had such a fabulous time at Lemon Grove. It is a relaxing and quiet place with a lovely swimming pool. The house is very well appointed getting sun at all times of the day. The awning at the back is a real benefit. There is nothing you need when you arrive as all needs are catered for. The local town is pretty with lots of places to eat and only a 15 min walk from the property. Latchi the local port is a few miles away by car and well worth a visit particularly for lunch. You can walk from Polis to Latchi along a well marked walkway. The food is lovely in Cyprus and the local restaurant Mustakallis is well worth a visit. the Arkamas Penisular is superb for walking, take walking shoes but the views are spectular. There is lots to visit in the local environment or you can just relax and enjoy the sunshine. HIghly recommend it.

Had a fantastic week at lemon grove,very relaxing,very peaceful,within a short walking distance to town centre for bars and restaurants and a walk to Latchi harbour is a must.Will definitely go again.

About the owners

The property is jointly owned by two friends who live in their respective homes in in the UK in the counties of Kent & Sussex. The villa was purchased primarily for holidays, as we both have friends in the area, and know Polis well having spent many holidays there over the years. Lemon Grove fulfils all our requirements and has proved to be the perfect location to offer a truly relaxing break.
