Superbe maison de ville sur un complexe exclusif avec de beaux jardins et une piscine

Une propriété de terrasse bien aménagée qui comprend un salon / salle à manger spacieux, une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des appareils modernes, 2 grandes chambres doubles avec placards, une salle de bain familiale moderne et propre avec douche dans la baignoire et wc séparé. toilettes. Il bénéficie de la climatisation partout, d'un système d'eau sous pression et est entièrement entretenu avec des appareils électriques tels que TV, bouilloire, grille-pain, fer à repasser, etc. À l'avant de la propriété (orientée sud) se trouve une grande terrasse au rez-de-chaussée et un petit balcon au large de la chambre principale au premier étage. Ceux-ci bénéficient d'un ensoleillement toute la journée et d'une vue sur la grande piscine et sur la mer. Sur le côté est un parking privé gratuit - Coral Bay est à 30 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport international de Paphos. Perfect for a long stay in Paphos. Immaculate condition, well equipped with a comfortable sofa as well as the beds. Set in very well maintained small development of townhouses around a shared pool. Quiet, but close to Peyia and Coral Bay.

Perfect location and property for a family holiday, Well equipped house with comfy beds and good Aircon, and very clean on our arrival. Beautiful gardens and pool, and close to Coral Bay and Peyia for nights out. Very helpful host and would recommend.

Our stay at the Irini Gardens complex has been just what we wanted - relaxing, beautiful setting, pool metres away from our apartment and surrounded by well kept gardens. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, would definitely return, hopefully sometime soon.

Very pleased with everything about this apartment. The gardens and pool area are absolutely fabulous. The apartment had everything you could need, very spacious and great air conditioning. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Phil's house. It is as per the pictures shown. Phil answered to all our questions. We were well placed to visit part of Cyprus. The swimming pool was really appreciated after our days outside visiting.

Fantastic townhouse!!

Wonderful well maintained townhouse on a lovely complex. Just a short distance to the pool area from the house patio & plenty of sunbeds available for lazy days. A great base to get around the sights of Cyprus with a car recommended. The house is clean & perfectly kept, & Phil & his team are great hosts. We cannot wait to return to Irin Gardens

Beautiful peaceful Location

Spent 10 lovely days in Phil's accommodation, lovely, clean comfortable stay and would definetley recommend. The pool is lovely and quiet, grounds are beautiful and lovely helpful neighbours (Thanks Tommy) who are at hand to help with anything. Peyia town is beautiful with lovely restaurants or Coral Bay a 10minute trip down the road. Good communication from Phil and would love to book up and come back soon. Many Thanks Phil.

Good value townhouse in a pretty setting

The townhouse was clean, comfortably furnished and well equipped. The kitchen is small which made cooking anything more than a snack somewhat challenging, but otherwise we found it big enough for the two of us and the complex looks attractive with plenty of greenery. The owner was friendly and helpful and he had supplied a very nice welcome pack. The only downside was the wi-if which was slow. I don’t know if we were unlucky, but it completely disappeared for most of a day towards the end of our stay.

Everything was nearly perfect. Irini‘s garden is a small but nice and well operated housing area. The house was perfectly prepared and equiped. It was a real pleasure to spend a week here.

Amazing!

This was our second trip to Cyprus and we were looking forward to a nice holiday. This was so much more than that and couldn’t have been more perfect. Phil is an amazing host and communication with him was effortless. Nothing was too much trouble to ensure our stay was great. We stayed for nearly 3 weeks and it was just like being at home. Everything you need is available to make a short or extended stay comfortable and relaxing. The addition of an onsite communal pool which wasn’t overcrowded was the icing on the cake! We hired a car and having a dedicated car space next to the property made it easy to explore the many beautiful and interesting areas of Cyprus. We loved it so much we’ve booked again for the same time next year. We highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed!!

The house has been used predominately by family members and friends who have all enjoyed their holidays in Cyprus. I am pleased to say that many guests return annually to experience the climate, the great restaurants and explore the local attractions.
