La villa n'est pas plus de 20 minutes en voiture de toutes les attractions d'Orlando, des parcs aquatiques et de divertissement, mais est placé dans un cadre boisé tranquille loin de l'agitation d'Orlando. C'est une destination idéale pour les vacanciers qui veulent un accÚs facile à tout ce que la région d'Orlando a à offrir, tout en ayant une maison luxueuse et paisible pour y retourner le soir. Il n'y a eu aucune dépense épargnée avec cette villa, comprenant 3 suites de maßtre, une avec un lit king, 2 avec lits queen et 2 chambres d'enfants, une avec deux ensembles de lits superposés et l'autre avec des lits jumeaux. Il y a une salle de jeux entiÚrement équipée, des espaces de vie luxueusement meublés et une zone de bronzage paisible par la piscine et le jacuzzi de style unique.

Great location, had a little trouble getting in, but nothing a quick call solved! Kids had a blast in the pool. Felt like home not like we were staying at someone’s house and not a hotel. Very homey and inviting. The room my daughter was staying in didn’t have a remote to the TV so she was bummed about that, the TV remote in the living room didn’t work, but with everything we were doing, TV was late night last minute options, so wasn’t a huge deal. Left behind some pool toys for future guests and would definitely rebook!

Beautiful villa... Very spacious, clean, quiet and well kept. The pool dec was lovely. Short drive from the 192 and about 30-40 mins from SeaWorld and Aquatica depending on the I4 traffic! We would stay here again :-)

When we arrived the home was further from universal than what the listing showed. We then noticed that the bedding on at least 2 of the beds had not been cleaned. The master bed had what looked like pizza grease and cheese on it and then one of the beds in the bunk room had what I think was tooth paste on it. The hall bath by the bunk room has blue gel on the shower curtain. The master bath had toothpaste spit and what looked like mucus in and around the sink. There was sand all over the floor and the toilets had some sort of dries spray all over them. I was glad we had our own blanks because I did not want to wash bedding when we got there after a long day of travel. They even list they would like the renter to start laundry before they leave because it is hard for them to get it all done sometimes. This makes me think that if they don't have time then they just don't do it. I was unable to find any cleaning supplies to wipe things down. So at least some minimal supplies would be nice. The pool was nice but was not heated as I had requested. However when I did contact the host it was turned on the next day. The blinds on the back sliding door were broken. There are even instructions that they are easy to break so be careful. I did contact the host about this and nothing was done about it. The house was hard to cool. Fans in the rooms would be great to help out. Overall I would say there needs to be more attention to the cleaning of this home.

Golf trip

For 4 guys 60 place offered everything we needed. Ac in garage was a bonus. Pool pump stopped working and bbq wouldn’t get hot. But place was very well equipped and clean and easy to get in on check in

Excellent home

This is an excellent location. Lose to everywhere but it’s also in a quiet neighborhood. Everything about our stay was top notch. Definitely recommend this property to everyone.

The house was very nice plenty of room for 6 people. Minimalist items in home - no extra toilet paper or paper towels. No pool towels. No face cloths. Had issue with fridge/freezer. Pillows thin as a pancake Had pool heated but was not day we arrived though it should have been. Also not heated in the evening after a long day at the park - (should always be heated at night when the weather is cooler). Reported outdoor lighting issues on front porch/driveway and pool lights. Had to report alarm issues to the owner numerous times. Nothing done about it so we could not set the alarm whenever we left the home. Some things were fixed in reasonable time but it was a nuisance. Close to parks and dining options. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Property is not well kept

We reserved the home for a 12 day stay two months in advance. The pans were horrible, not even suitable for camping- they were replaced after I contacted the owner- the floors were dirty as were two bathrooms and the master bedroom bedding-also replaced when I contacted the owner. The property manager was prompt about responding- however with two months notice, the home should have been cleaned and many burned out lights should have also been replaced. The pool was wonderful, however we would not rent this home again.

4-day stay in Orlando area

It was a lovely home, spacious and comfortable. It met all our needs during our stay. The Kids loved the game room with all the activities in there. The pool was great to relax and cool off when getting back from our daily activities. Quiet and safe neighborhood, I recommend staying at this home again.

Villa stay

A nice and well set up villa. Good spacious area with good sized bedrooms. Pool area is great and a nice place to spot some of the local wildlife. Only 30 mins from Disney.

Lovely villa. Lots of space. But extra cleaning under beds etc
. We had a problem with the AC unit not working, it was repaired within 3 days
.so couple of night sleep was very hot. Overall lovely villa.

Weekend Trip

The property is located in a quiet very nice neighborhood. The house itself was amazing and we never wanted to leave. The beds were so comfortable, the house was so welcoming, and the pool/hot tub were just perfect to end each of our days. It was a little warm without any ceiling fans and we didn’t want to mess with the thermostat but overall we made due and can’t wait to go back.

Enjoyable stay

Check in process was easy, communication before and whilst on holiday was outstanding. We had a few minor issues but were cleared up and dealt with quite promptly as there was a USA holiday whilst we were there and the property owner and manager both helped to solve the issue. Location is good on the 192, however we used to use Funie Steed Road, less traffic lights and not so busy at peak times. We would stay here again.

Perfection!!!

This house was perfect! 3 master suites! And every bed in the house was comfortable which is rare! Very clean and had everything we needed! Plenty of linen and toiletries upon arrival to get you started including laundry detergent. Super quiet neighborhood and short dive to attractions
