Host was extremely accommodating and communicative. Location was very convenient to attractions and shopping and the house was very comfy - everything you could want. Would definitely rebook here in the future if we can.

All was well was a very convenient and clean place to stay, only opportunity was enough toilet paper one roll per bathroom for 5 people for 5 days. Also 2md bath closest to the kitchen the tub is was clogged originally girls ended up just using the other shower.

Sorry about the heat issue that you were experiencing. You could have contacted the property manager to help out. The furnace was installed in 2022 along with an ecobee thermostat. I will notify the property manager to confirm that there are no major issues.

Excellent and advertised

You can see the Disney fireworks every night in the distance from the pool or in front of house near stop sign. Very clean and quiet. We would love to stay again. Unrelated, but the Orlando traffic is wild. So many crazy drivers. It’s worth it to pay to heat the pool and spa. It took about two days for spa to heat and then our second to last day we lost heat again. We had three good days out of seven but we enjoyed it so much.

Good Overall but Badly Needs Updating

Our stay was overall good. The location is 30 minutes to Disneyworld and close to major roads and highways. The house needs updating especially in the bathrooms and kitchen. Very old stove, old pots and pans and appliances. There was mold in one of the bathrooms. The pool and hot tub were great except that the two days we had set aside to stay home and enjoy them all day the heater broke so we were not able to use them until the repairman came to fix it.

Very spacious en nice house. Was nice and clean on arrival. House is getting a little older which might need some attention in the future. Part of the furniture were showing their age.All over a very nice stay, specially for the price! Would stay again and do recommend!

Would recommend for families

Everything just as shown on web site, the children, aged 3 & 5 loved the pool, with the youngest gaining confidence whilst there. We had one small problem where the pool skimmers stopped working but Debbie from the local management company got it sorted within 24 hours. The house is about 4 miles north of the 192 / US27 junction, but so is every other property I've ever stayed at, you will definately need a car.
