Pretty villa with large and well-kept garden, in a newly built residential complex, just 10 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Cala Sinzias, municipality of Castiadas, between Costa Rey, Monte Turnu, Punta Santa Giusta, Cala Pira and Villasimius, coast south eastern Sardinia. The house consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and the other with two single beds but can be converted into a double bed if necessary, bathroom with shower, living room with kitchenette, electric oven, microwave-crisp function, dishwasher, small appliances, hairdryer, iron, bed linen and towels, air conditioning, 42 "TV, washing machine, large porch with outdoor furniture ,, outdoor shower, barbecue, water reserve and private car park.

Amazing house - don’t miss!

We spent a week in this gorgeous house and we didn’t miss anything. The house is comfortable, very well maintained and clean. We really really enjoyed the beautiful sheltered patio, during wonderful evenings or as a place where we escaped from hot sun shines around noon. The kitchen is equipped with all we needed. The owner, charming signora Donatella, gave us very warm welcome and was very kind and helpful with any needs we had. The typical sardinian cakes that she left for us was just an icing on the cake. The nearest beach is comfortably reachable on foot, even with small kids, but there is plenty of cosy beaches in the area, so the car is strongly recommended. We liked the most the Cala Pira, which is white sandy beach, not very large, with crystal blue water. Grazie per tutto, Donatella! Rientriamo!

Supertolle Unterkunft

Unsere Unterkunft war supertoll und hat das gehalten was wir auf den Bildern gesehen haben. Donatella und Sergio sind immer hilfsbereit, falls man irgendwelche Fragen hat. Sehr tolles und sauberes Haus und eine tolle Terrasse.

Entspannung pur

Wir können dieses sehr schöne Haus in ruhiger Lage mit dem wunderschön angelegten Garten nur empfehlen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die große überdachte Terrasse. Hier ließ es sich herrlich entspannen. Das Haus und die Küche sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der nahe gelegene große Strand ist sehr zu empfehlen und zu Fuß in ca. 10 min zu erreichen. Donatella und Sergio sind ausgesprochen nette und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp hat hervorragend funktioniert. Unsere Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder.

Hübsches Haus mit blumigem Garten

Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen. Es ist mit allen erforderlichen Dingen ausgestattet. Sehr angenehm war, dass viele Kleinigkeiten, die man sonst erst kaufen muss, vorhanden waren (z.b. Spülmaschinentabs, Grillkohle …). Als in der ersten Nacht wegen eines heftigsten Gewitters der Strom ausfiel, kam Donatella am frühen Morgen direkt, um das zu regeln. Die überdachte Terrasse und der Garten sind sehr ansprechend und wir haben oft lieber hier gegrillt oder gekocht, anstatt essen zu gehen. Vielen Dank Donatella

Ich empfehle Christa und Harold allen Gastgebern. Sehr ordentliche Gäste, respektvoll gegenüber dem Haus und der Dorfordnung. Sehr nett, offen für Dialog trotz unterschiedlicher Sprachen (wir haben den Übersetzer gerne benutzt). Es war eine Freude, sie kennengelernt zu haben.

Erholung pur

Die Kommunikation hat sehr gut über WhatsApp funktioniert. Unsere Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet, Donatella hat uns mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten begrüßt und gerne Tipps für Strände oder Restaurants gegeben. Der nächstgelegene Strand ist ca 12 min zu Fuß entfernt, aber das wussten wir ja vorher. Im Haus war alles vorhanden und die Terrasse mit Grill und Garten war wunderschön. Es war ein sehr gelungener und erholsamer Urlaub.

Es war ein Vergnügen, Stephanies Familie zu treffen. Trotz meiner schlechten Deutschkenntnisse konnten wir uns unterhalten. Freundliche Gastgeber, ordentlich und respektvoll gegenüber der Haus- und Dorfordnung. Ich würde sie gerne in naher Zukunft hosten und sie allen Gastgebern empfehlen.

Wunderschön!

Das Haus von Sergio und Donatella ist einfach wunderschön. Es gibt nichts was uns dort gefehlt hat. Perfekt ausgestattet und dazu ca. 600m bis zum Strand. Von uns bekommt diese Unterkunft volle Punktzahl! Danke Donatella für die Gastfreundschaft und Hilfe bei der Organisation der Corona-Tests. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Casa deliziosa

La casa è come da descrizione, carina, completa di tutto, silenziosa, con sentiero che porta al mare, volendo ristorante in spiaggia. Donatella e Sergio sono stati gentilissimi e accoglienti. Consigliatissima.

Chouette maison à 8 minutes à pied de la mer. Propriétaires très très gentils.

Nous recommandons cette maison pratique, fonctionnelle et remercions Donatella et Sergio pour leur super accueil et leurs attentions comme boissons à notre arrivée ou pasticceria locale à notre départ. Juste une petite recommendation : l'accès à internet aurait été très apprécié.

È stato un piacere ospitare Patrick e la sua affettuosa famiglia. Hanno rispettato con scrupolo le regole della casa. Si consiglio sicuramente questi ospiti. Peccato che Patrick fosse convinto ci fosse l'accesso ad Internet nonostante l'avessi dichiarato. Siamo comunque riusciti a risolvere in altro modo.
