La impresionante planta baja está decorada con un alto estándar con una gran mezcla de viejo y nuevo ... con sofá diseñadores gremio, alfombras y ropa de cama mezclado con antigüedades pecho dorado de empates, y espejos. El hermoso piso de alta faja de ventanas de techo, por lo que es luminoso y ventilado. El balcón privado barre alrededor plana con palmas y helechos, mesa y sillas de comedor. El piso está muy bien situado a increíbles restaurantes locales, es fácil caminar a Buckingham Palace y Big Ben, así como teatros. Todo a su puerta.

A lovely functional studio apartment well located. We found the number 24 bus ver useful as it took us past Westminster and Trafalgar Square to the centre of the west end.

Mother and daughter trip

We had a blast. Love the area. Felt safe walking at all times of day and night. Would definitely stay again.

A very well positioned apartment - close to Westminster and transport hubs. A nice local community with shops for basic needs all handy. Communication was excellent, nothing too much trouble. My wife was a first time GB tourist so we were able to achieve a lot in a week. The apartment was very well equipped, comfortable and cute.

Wonderful flat in perfect location

We loved this flat - so pretty and just the right size. It was minutes from the tube so everything was easily accessible. The owner and her staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely would book again!

Wonderful place and host!

We had an absolutely wonderful time and this was the perfect location. Quiet neighborhood and such a lovely host. The apartment accommodated all of our needs and everything was comfortable. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Great location

My husband and I stayed here for our 40th anniversary. I loved the quiet neighborhood and how close it was to a tube station. We enjoyed eating fish and chips on the balcony and drinking coffee on the balcony in the morning.

Perfect base

Spacious comfortable unit with all amenities in a great location. So convenient to bus and tube transport , theatres, restaurants and supermarkets. An ideal home base for our week exploring the sights of London.

Our 2nd visit

Another great time staying at Karen’s cozy flat and exploring London. This two week visit gave us enough time to explore areas of the city we missed on our last visit. Karen’s flat is bright and airy and set up for a comfortable visit. We plan to return.

Wonderful flat in ideal location

Karen and Jo were fantastic hosts, and their sunny flat had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed having breakfast each morning while listening to London TV. The location was very convenient, as Victoria tube station was just a short walk away, providing easy access to all of London. We also loved dining at the Artist Residence Restaurant and Kazan Restaurant, both of which were located just a short distance from our flat. We would love to return to this wonderful flat someday soon.

A perfect stay

We stayed at Karen’s flat for a week and it was a fantastic place to stay. Perfectly clean, a great size flat, and all the amenities that you need.ie fridge, microwave, coffee machine etc The check in process was smooth and Karen kept the communication flowing. It’s in a quiet neighbourhood but very close to tube stations and all you will see in London. We will definitely stay at this flat again.

Excellent property and area!

Couldn’t have been more convenient. The neighborhood was delightful with incredible restaurants & pubs. The flat had everything though, that deep tub was a bit of a challenge . Lots of light , airy and comfortable. Loved it!

Wonderful, comfortable flat!

We had an AMAZING stay at Karen’s little flat. Convenient location, comfy accommodations, and great neighborhood. Karen and Jo were both so kind and helpful. Definitely follow their restaurant recommendations- you won’t regret it! Bed was very comfortable, but it should be noted that it is an American queen size, not king. As noted in other posts, shower/bath could be a bit tricky if you have mobility issues. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Lovely London

We had a wonderful stay at Karen’s flat on Warwick Way. The flat was very comfortable and secure and we had the opportunity to use the outside patio, which was absolutely delightful! It was located close to the bus and Metro station. We also chose to walk to Hyde Park, Victoria and Albert Museum and Harrods Department store. The restaurants were close (Artist's Residence was fantastic and just right around the corner). Karen was an exceptional Host!

Great location, lovely flat

We enjoyed our first visit to London. Karen’s flat was perfect for the 2 of us and she and Geanie were extremely helpful. Karen was very prompt to respond to emails and helped us to find a great spot for Christmas dinner at the Cambridge Street Kitchen. The flat is about a 10 min walk from Victoria Station Underground and from there we were able to get wherever we wanted to go. Thanks for all your help, Karen, and hopefully we will be able to come back to London soon!!

Convenient and comfortable.

The location near to shops and many transport options was very convenient. The flat was comfortable and all the appliances worked fine, with my sole caveat being that it was a rather big clamber up and over into the bathtub for a shower. With ageing knees like mine, a small plastic step stool would have been useful. Karen, the owner, was very easy to deal with - I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

Fabulous location. Fabulous host.

So close to everything! Our main reason for choosing this location was to visit Chelsea Flower Show. The apartment is in very easy walking distance. Victoria Station is only a few minutes walk away making trips to other spots very doable. Westmisnter Abbey and Buckingham palace are also very walkable especially if you combine it with a coffee or pub stop. Groceries are just a short distance away as well. The studio is perfect for two people and we thouroughly enjoyed our stay. Karen is a wonderful host as is her 'key keeper' Jo. The neighborhood is residential and quiet yet very close to restaraunts, pubs, and amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

A nice option with a few caveats

The Pimlico area is a great choice for staying in London. A lovely quiet residential area with several good restaurants and pubs. A 6 minute walk to the victoria coach station which is an easy and inexpensive way to get from Heathrow to the apartment. The Bus stop which runs to Westminster, the west end, chinatown and the british museum is a 6 minute walk. The underground station maybe a 10 minute walk. Two concerns. First it is not apparent from the listing that the king bed is actually a fold down Murphey bed. The second is the shower which could be a little challenging for anyone with mobility or balance problems. Overall we enjoyed our visit

Karen is AMAZING! From the time of booking the apartment she was providing helpful recommendations. They tracked our flight and knew we would be arriving early and had set up a what’s app chat so we would be able to check in early! The location was absolutely perfect - we were there for 9 days, so quite a bit of time - and I was surprised how quiet it was even with the windows open! The bed was more comfortable than I anticipated and the amenities were perfect. Loved being able to do some laundry right there and there was even a drying rack (I’d had visions of pants and shirts hanging everywhere). I do think the step up into the bathtub was a bit of a doozy (and then in the tub too) so would be mindful of that if you aren’t super spry. The cafe around the corner truly has the best streaky bacon, maybe on earth, and the cheeseburger (cheeseburger!!!) was amazing (as was the lamb, and full English - reg and veg. Really lovely place, centrally located. Oh! And when we mentioned a very non essential light they came over to fix it right away and left more toilet paper! Probably some of the best hosts I’ve ever worked with!

Now being freelance i travel backwards and forwards working on more commercial photo shoots, styling fashion,interiors and props. i love our flat sooo much...I love the light and airy feel,..... its quite but central location..plus having outside space. I love sitting on the balcony in the evening people watching with a glass of wine.The Cambridge bistro in the next road, is fantastic, for just a coffee on there terrace, or a meal. There's also a small corner shop right opposite the Cambridge where the lovely owner prides himself, that he has everything there... which he does! The flat is a stones throw from everything...Supermarkets, restaurant's, bar. The flat is ideally situated to reach all parts of London, whether its Shopping in Oxford Street, visiting China Town, Walking through Theatre Land, People watching down The Kings Road, or Sight seeing.
