Property Locations & Access: Cape Coral is located in Southwest Florida and is well situated for visiting nearby Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Naples, and beyond. Cape Coral is served by Southwest International Airport (RSW) which is about 30 minutes drive. Otherwise, both Tampa and Miami International Airports are about two hours drive with easy access to Cape Coral via I-75. For guests arriving at Orlando International Airport (MCO) and perhaps creating a two centre holiday, Cape Coral is about a 3 hour drive South using I-4 and I-75. The journey is quite simple using basically just 2 Interstates. The property is located in the desirable South West area of Cape Coral where many of the homes are waterfront.

Excellent 7 week stay in Cape Coral. We rented this home through January and February. The home is spacious and well laid out. The pool and lanai were great, the canal views were also very good. The home is located in a very nice neighborhood. Newer homes, nice neighbors. It is close to a walking/biking trail and a great neighborhood for walking dogs. We felt very safe here.Very close access to all the stores and restaurants with easy access to Cape Coral to the south and to Punta Gorda to the north. The home was well equipped, it had everything we needed for our stay. Use of the garage was a bonus for storing a motorcycle and trailer. Julia was a great host. We had a few small things come up during our stay. Julia handled them quickly to our satisfaction. We would definitely stay here again.

The stay here was absolutely fantastic!The host Julia was very helpful with the check in process and available for questions at any time, also providing suggestions of places to visit.The house was immaculate and everything working great and the neighbourhood felt as safe as it possibly could. A very quiet and family friendly area which was perfect for a couple trying to get away from the busier areas.The pool was a little colder than expected after paying the additional pool heater fee except for one evening when it did actually get to a lovely warm temperature which made us wonder if it was meant to be like that the whole time, though it could have just been temporarily ‘extra warm’ as the water had been topped up, though in March with UV going up to 8/9 the slightly cooler pool was refreshing. The view across the canal was also beautiful and highly recommended over a property without this.The cleanliness and comfort really made our getaway really relaxing and the area of Cape Coral serves as a perfect base for reasonably short drives to nearby places like Siesta Beach. Plenty of restaurants in the area too and would recommend Twisted Lobster for some good value food which was very busy with Locals. Overall highly recommend a stay here for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Perfect and relaxing stay...

Julia was a fantastic host and the communication was great. The location was great and convenient to everything that we needed. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. The screened in patio and pool, overlooking the canal was our favorite feature. It was so relaxing and when you stepped outside to the patio, you could feel yourself decompress immediately. We found ourselves spending most of our time there and ate all of our meals there. Our 5-night stay was perfect and I certainly would recommend to family or friends.

The home…size, location and canal was very nice.. The beds very comfortable, plenty of sheets and towels and kitchen well equipped with dishes glasses, silverware etc...home very spacious and open. Home is very close to markets and restaurants. For a long term stay.. We would recommend towel bar and robe/ towel hooks for bathroom, grab bars in both bathrooms as a safety precaution and an upgrade with the vacuum. Home does not provide cable or satellite tv, streaming only.

Relaxing stay

The property was as advertised. Plenty of towels and beach towels. Wish there would have been a couple chairs in living room like a recliner. Water and ice maker did not work but owner did drop off ice when we mentioned it. South facing Pool was wonderful. Glad we paid for heating it. All floors in house are tile which means a lot when you have a dog. Appreciated the use of the garage. There are bikes but we did not use. Extra bonus was that we saw a Manatee in the canal. We had time to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Thanks Julia.

Perfect House for Our Family

The layout of this house was perfect for our family. The space was just the right size for us. We enjoyed the back patio and pool. Location on the canal let us see fish and turtles. Access to beach chairs and a cooler made for a great day trip for us! Stores were easy to get to as well - which was a plus!

Quick Weekend Fun

We stayed at the property for a long weekend with our family. When we arrived the pool was being cleaned and they were adding chlorine (a lot of chlorine) and we were unable to use the pool the first evening. The chlorine in the pool was still really strong the next day, but it was fine and we enjoyed the pool the rest of the weekend. The internet was down the whole weekend, we messaged the owner about it and she said it was out in the area, but it was never restored. Otherwise the property was nice and clean and we enjoyed fishing off the dock.

Peaceful Paradise

This is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The home is immaculate and tastefully decorated. My husband and I had the chance to sit by the beautiful pool and enjoy the soft breeze blowing through the palm trees that surround the property. This is a beautiful and quiet neighborhood that is well maintained. The beaches are a short scenic ride and are picturesque. There are plenty of places to walk and ride bicycles. Restaurants and shopping are very close, offering a vast variety of choices. The hostess was very gracious and prompt with all interactions. We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent here and highly recommend staying here.
