The property was amazing. The four children loved playing in the backyard and on the dock. We built a fire and enjoyed our evenings. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was a bit of an assortment of dishes but plenty of plates and cups.

The house was in an awesome location and very homey. We had a full crew of 10 family members staying there and it was a little tight, but it made for a great ski house for a trip to Wisp. It's only a 1-2 minute drive to the actual lodge which is perfect for popping back over for lunch or for hitting the slopes later in the evening to catch a few last runs. It was a little dusty and had some cobwebs, and some of the appliances weren't working 100% and were dated, but outside of that, a nice place to stay. I would stay there again.

Great location and nice cottage

This property was perfect for a lakefront vacation! However, it is a dated - one couch has a spring sticking up, all of the mattresses are horrible, and there is only ONE window air conditioner that is in the front bedroom. Fortunately, it cooled off at night. There was a fan that could have been tragic. I was leaving for a run and heard an "off" noise. When I walked in the room, the fan was smoking and close to on fire. When I went to Railey to take them the fan, there didn't seem to be much concern. We just lived through a house fire in 2020 - needless to say, this was quite a scary moment for me! It would have been nice if the office was more concerned. We did have a great week at Deep Creek though!

Perfect location right on the water with plenty of things to do including volleyball net (BYO Ball), horseshoes, and several inflatable rafts, fire pit, extra fishing rods, hot tub and more. The house was great, beds were comfortable. You could feel the springs in the bunk bed mattresses which was fine for a small kids, but heavier kids or adults would probably be uncomfortable in the bunks. The outside space was absolutely lovely for our summer getaway. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

We love Deep Creek. We go 3-4 times a year. This house’s location was nice but the house needs updated in most areas badly.
