The house was fantastic! Very clean, well-equipped kitchen, and very responsive communication with the host. The house was clean and spacious and we had a lovely view of the lake. We had an awesome time, would definitely recommend!

The home itself was beautiful. The description was lake view ….. absolutely not! There is a large building being constructed that blocks the view of the lake. ( which was one of the reasons we booked for a lake view) The check in process was a disaster. I was not given a code as promised until a couple houses prior. The reason being that I was told I had not completed my verification process. I found this ironic considering I received a confirmation that everything was “ good to go” I sent my information 3 separate times and was told it was received. When the code was finally given it was the incorrect code. It took 30 minutes to reach someone to give us the correct code and it was cold and rainy waiting with 2 toddlers! The icing on the cake was that we were offered a complimentary late check out (which we were not going to take ) because I wanted out of there. However, my intent was to sleep in a bit but the construction of sawing / banging and large machinery at 7am put a stop to that. The home itself was beautiful the owners have an amazing place. VRBO has been extremely helpful answering questions etc. Railey Realty has been less than professional and helpful they honestly could care less. Once they received my payment ( which was made in full ) they were done! There is so much more I could add but I don’t have enough space.
