Beautiful, Bright & Charming

This is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 1 bath home.

Note: Although, this is a 30 day rental, I do have other beautiful properties in the area that have as low as a 4 day booking requirement. Just click on "ask owner a question."

This home boasts a beautiful light and airy decor with light and pleasing colors throughout. It is completely newly remodeled. There are custom cabinets with quartz counters in kitchen and tiled bathroom with glass shower door. Lovely wood floors throughout the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal, if you'd like. All new kitchenware, linen and towels. There is a large 48" TV with a blue ray player in main room and a 38" in the bedroom. Cable television with all movie channels is available. The entire property is newly landscaped, boasting gorgeous stone pathways and plentiful new plants. The fully private back yard has a beautiful deck with stone pathway and lots of plants. Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in the mornings or a glass of wine or cocktail in the evenings on your patio. You will love it here!

Wonderful Lake Balboa stay

This cute duplex was perfect for our week trip to Encino. It was a short drive to shops and restaurants. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The house was very clean. The owners were extremely responsive to my requests and to resolve anything that came up. It was also nice to have laundry onsite. I’d highly recommend this house if you are coming to the LA area.

PERFECT!!!!

My daughter & I needed a place to stay for her post surgery recovery. The place was close to her Dr, Surgery center and school. The place was clean, modern and peaceful to recuperate. I needed an extra night stay and owner accommodated me no problem. She even allowed us to bring our 2 tiny chihuahuas to help my daughter with her recovery. The washer and dryer was a god send so we didn't have to pack much for a 9 day stay. It had all the amenities we needed and more. Private parking in the back was great too! I didn't mind the front of the house being on a major street. I can people watch. Close to gas station as we needed tons of ice for my daughter's knee 24/7. Fridge ice maker was also a bonus as we can enjoy extra cold drinks in the hot weather. 5 Stars!!!! Will stay here again.

Great place with amazing amenities!

It was one of my best visits to LA. Mostly because of this house! It was quiet, clean, organized, so comfortable, and the hospitality and welcoming was great. And on top of all the location is 3 minutes away from the freeway, a big advantage for me. Thanks Brenda, I’ll definitely c u again.

Beautiful Property

I rented this home to stay with my 14 year old daughter and husband, and I have to say that this is one of the nicest homes I have rented through this site. It was very nicely decorated, had everything we needed and was very well maintained. The beds were very comfortable, and we got a good night's sleep all 5 nights. At night when we came home we enjoyed sitting on the deck out back and looking out at the lovely garden. In the morning when we sat down for breakfast we would look out the window, which is right in front of the dining table and we would see so many butterflies and hummingbirds. I was so surprised to have this experience in a Los Angeles urban neighborhood. The location was great as it was walking distance to the Balboa Lake and easy freeway access for heading out to tour sites. The owner, Brenda, was readily available anytime we needed something. I would definitely rent this home again!

It's gorgeous and private and quite. Has a tranquil and lovely back yard. It's walking distance to stores and a few restaurants and a 10 minute drive to Ventura Boulevard, where you'll find many good restaurants and shops.

What makes this property unique

Less than a mile away from Balboa Lake Park that has walking paths and a lake with ducks. It's 2 minutes to the two main freeways that will get you access to everywhere you want to amusement parks, Hollywood, Venice, Downtown LA, Outlet Malls, etc.
