Beautiful Contemporary Home in Lake Balboa

This beautiful home is a 2280+ sqft, 5 + 4 home that sleeps 10 - 12 people, and is located in Lake Balboa, CA. It has an open living space concept with a contemporary style decor where families can enjoy preparing a home cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen, while spending time together. The backyard is nicely landscaped and the courtyard has a nice outdoor dining table and bbq grill.

4 or 10 miles to Universal Studios & Universal City Walk
10 miles to Magic Mountain & Roaring Rapids Water Park
12 miles to Santa Monica Pier and Carnival
60 minutes to Disneyland

Linens, towels and toiletries are provided for guests. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook, bake and enjoy a delicious home cooked meal!

*This home has a back house that is completely separate from the front house. It may be available for an additional $125 per night or $795 per week.

Parking for 3 cars is available on the properties. Always plenty of street parking as well.

NO SMOKING is permitted in the house.

Washer & Dryers are available in the home. Note: I didn’t see the guest review until it was too late to respond. The house shows that the forth bedroom has a full size bed. It’s not a kids room, it’s just not a queen bed. The floors were cleaned a few days before check in. Some dust might have accumulated. The guest wanted to walk around with white socks and have them stay white. Nevertheless, I still sent a cleaning lady to clean the floors again. My hope is always to give great customer service.

Rose Bowl Family Trip

The house was adequate for the seven of us, however, the bathrooms were not all private suites. The back right bedroom was for kids only , the bed was too small for two adults. The floors were very dirty and there were several issues with maintenance that the owner addressed immediately.

Great Place!

Our host, Brenda, provided a wonderful experience for us with lots of advice on food and entertainment. If you are staying here, you must go to Lake Balboa for a walk, the wildlife was wonderful. The house is fully renovated and the pictures on the site look just like the house. If you are looking for a place to stay with a big family or group, this is it!
