Belle villa accueillante avec une vue imprenable, à proximité des plages et un accès facile au village local.
La Villa Pasifika est implantée sur un terrain de 16 ares, à moitié couvert d'oliviers et d'amandiers. La propriété bénéficie d'une combinaison rare de vues à couper le souffle sur Skiatos et Alonisius de chaque côté de la propriété.
Vila Pasifika est climatisée et peut accueillir confortablement 8 personnes avec la possibilité d'accueillir 10 personnes. La maison principale dispose d'un rez-de-chaussée avec 3 chambres (la chambre principale avec salle de bains et 2 chambres, une avec un lit superposé moderne confortable et l'autre avec 2 lits simples et des toilettes et une salle de bains indépendantes). Le premier étage comprend une cuisine ouverte avec coin repas, coin salon, 2 terrasses pour se détendre et regarder le lever et le coucher du soleil et des toilettes invités. Dans le véritable style de l'île des Sporades, nous proposons une terrasse sur le toit pour un appertif ou simplement vous asseoir et vous imprégner de la beauté de la nature.
La maison d'hôtes est un mini appartement avec votre coin nuit, salle de bains, toilettes, mini kitchenette (avec tous les équipements de cuisine) et votre propre terrasse privée donnant sur la piscine à débordement et vue sur Alonisuis.

Pour votre pure détente, nous vous proposons notre piscine à débordement 9 X 3 m², avec vue sur la vue d'Alonissos. Les environs sont les belles traditions ardoises grecques, pergola inbult pour fournir un abri du soleil, chaises longues et tables pour votre détente. L'espace barbecue traditionnel est un endroit parfait pour tester vos compétences en matière de barbecue! Maintenant que vous avez une idée de notre propriété, allons de l'avant.

Amazing island, amazing village, stunning views

August 2017- we had a great stay for 1 week. Above the top of the village means great views but a hill to climb every journey home! We managed the week without a car. Taxis brilliant as was boat hire in Elios to view the island and visit the beaches. Discovered local bus ( air conditioned coach) on our last day - great for visit to Skopolos town and would also be good way to see and visit the beaches. 90 minute easy walk to the mamma Mia church!!! Eleni the local site manager was brilliant and so helpful! We loved Glossa and enjoyed shopping locally- the supermarket delivered up the hill!! House was spacious and immaculate- are one recommendation would be for more substantial pillows! That might just be us!!!! Thank you

Glossa during COVID

Stunning villa and location. The property was very clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. Fantastic terraces with infinity pool with views to Alonissos. Booking was seamless and the owner Jane and Manager Eleni could not do enough to ensure our stay was perfect. Would definitely recommend!!

Die Villa ist einfach wunderschön. Der Blick über das Meer ist unglaublich. Der tolle Pool hat uns alle, besonders natürlich die Kinder, begeistert. Perfect villa

Wow. We booked this villa to visit family in Greece. It has gorgeous with stunning views in every direction. During hot afternoons we enjoyed the pool immensely.Theoutdoor barbecue was great also. Morning coffee on the rooftop was such a great start to the day. There were cleaning supplies, toilet paper etc for our arrival which was a nice plus. Elemis was very helpful and met us at the Loutraki port to pick us up! It was it too far to walk down to the village and get a great meal at the Aganati Resterant. (A must do!). We were so thankful the owner shared this special place!

Fantastisch uitzicht in mooi huis

Erg mooi uitzicht. Goede gezellige restaurants op loopafstand (Plateia en Agnanti). Mooie stranden. ERg mooie boottocht met huurbootje in Neo Klima. Heel mooi en rustig eiland. We komen hier graag weer terug.

Fantastiskt hus i Glossa, Skopelos

Detta underbara hus ligger nästan på toppen av berget ovanför Glossa på Skopelos med milsvid utsikt åt öst, syd och väst. Om du vill kan du se solen gå upp över havet från takterassen eller den väl tilltagna balkongen. Centrala Glossa når du på 5 minuter nedför otaliga trapport genom den gamla staden. Huset är nytt och fräscht och rymmer 10 personer i 5 sovrum, varav ett rum med våningssäng. Sängarna är något hårda som det ofta är i Medelhavsområdet. Köket är välutrustat och har diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn och en liten vanlig ugn. En grillplats finns utomhus vid det fina poolområdet som har sol hela dagen. I närområdet finns fina, orörda stränder som nås med 15 minuters bilfärd och kort fotvandring. Skopelos stad nås inom 40 minuter med bil. Vi fick ett fint mottagande av Eleni som sköter huset, hon mötte oss i hamnen och tog oss till biluthyraren och vidare till huset. Hon kollade också upp att allt var som det skulle under vistelsen. Kommunikationen med ägaren innan vistelsen var också bra.

Great villa, Great place

We had a great time in Villa Pasifika in Glossa, Skopelos. I would like to separate the different factors bringing me to that conclusion because mixing all impressions into one pot could misinform the readers. 1. The Villa This 5-level villa is fantastic! Obviously the owners are great home designers. Let’s start from the lowest level with the pool. There is also a BBQ there! Clear water in the pool constantly changing, no garbage in the water, different depths for children and adults. The next level – huge garage for two cars and suite room. The suite room is large and ready for living in comfort – TV, DVD, kitchen, fridge, bathroom and wardrobe. The first floor has three bedrooms with two bathrooms. The rooms themselves are very convenient and what is amazing is that there are also large enough closets for all your luggage. My wife has suffered with a lack of space to unpack in almost every other place we’ve stayed in, and especially with the lack of wardrobe space for long dresses. Here her high standards were met effortlessly. A little remark here – no bedside lights to read a book without disturbing your partner. And the fourth level was the crown of the villa – large open plan kitchen/living room with balconies for the amazing views from south and west. Two leather couches were situated around the huge LED TV screen and DVD and Hi-Fi 5-speakers audio. The kitchen area is large and supplied with all necessary things to cook or prepare coffee and tea. There are two big and comfortable dining tables – one indoors and one on the beautiful balcony. The 5-th level of the villa is on the top of the house – a small open space to see all over – the sea from west and east, the mountain peaks, the roofs of Glossa and the port. This was my place to do yoga exercises every morning and to meet the sunrise! Astonishing! 2. Glossa This village is situated on a very steep hill and this is the reason that it is so beautiful and picturesque. There are restaurants, small supermarkets, a couple of bakeries etc., so you can easily add a few kilos to yours. People are friendly and helpful. 3. Beaches You have to have a car or a scooter in order to reach the beaches of Skopelos. The closest beach to villa Pasifika is 6 kilometers away (if you don’t count the beach at the port). The roads in all Skopelos island are windy and steep. We travelled every day to different beaches and thus we explored and witnessed the incredible beauty of the island

Glorious glossa.

Had a fabulous time at villa Pacifica in glossa on the gorgeous island of skopelos. The villa has everything you need and for the 3 weeks in summer it felt like our homeaway from home. We went in August with our children and grandchildren ages ranging from 2 to 28 and they all had a ball. Great to get them away from the usual distractions of life and just enjoy the beautiful scenery (even though they had wifi we managed to get two 14 year old girls outside. The people of skopelos were lovely and so friendly, even though the two 14 year olds and my 28 year old daughter thought the locals would be dancing and singing in the streets 😂 Dimitri the taxi driver was lovely and the local supermarket and bakery staff were fab (there were 9 of us including 7 kids so you can imagine we spent a lot of time there). Wonderful 3 summer weeks we won’t forget and we travel a lot so holidays can merge into one but fell in love with glorious Glossa. Thank you villa pasifika.

"Girls Do Greece"

A MAZ ING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This villa ticked all the boxes for us as a group of six. On arrival you first think you are miles out, (as you don't have your bearings), but once you are out and about, we realised the location was perfect. The manager was there to meet us, but as she can't transport you to the villa, make sure You arrange this before arriving, if not taxis on wharf or rental place just off the wharf area, as the villa is above the village of Glossa. Once at the villa we were totally informed about the villa, then left to settle in. It has everything you can ask for. The pool was a treat to have and well looked after. The views looking over the pool, and from the villa are stunning. Niki the neighbor was so, so helpful with informing us of how, where, and what to do on the island. I have been asked "Would you go back? YES IN A HEART BEAT!!!" Arran

A little slice of paradise. Tranquil and beautiful

We arrived very late on the day, and basically had dinner and went to bed. The following morning I awoke and went out on the balcony. The views took my breath away..... Priceless! The villa was beautiful and laid out over three floors. Kept in immaculate order. The pool, the rooms everything was to my liking! I would definitely go again. The people in the village/ town I found to be very friendly. Overall I would highly recommend this villa. Thumbs up all round.

Best holiday ever

Peacefully, breathtaking view, comfy bed, everything thing works as it should, awesome chilling by the pool and sipping your cocktail and throwing meat on the Barbie or chilling right on the roof top watching the sea and city light dance all the way to skiathos, walking distance to local pub, bakery for a freshly baked bread, an awesome restaurants, I just can't fault this villa not even if I try. Waking Up To Total Bliss........

The Villa Pasifica is located at the top of a hill, so as you can imagine, you wake up everyday to fantastic breathtaking views. The villa has a roof top which gives you a 360 degree panoramic view of the whole island. The beautiful village is just a short walk down the hill. The rooms in the villa are cool, spacious and clean, all equipped with both air-conditioning and heaters, depending on your preference. Outside you have an infinity pool, in which you can cool down from the 30C+ temperatures of the island. The owners have thought about everything in this villa, there's a pool house, a bbq stove, a laundry room, 2 kitchens. I lost count of the number of bedrooms and toilets. I would love to go back very soon. It is ideal for a group of friends or two families who just want to get away for a week or two, for rest and relaxation.

Magnificent getaway!!

Villa pasifika was incredible. The view you wake up to is stunning!! Ocean view all round. The surrounding is peaceful and calming. Villa pasifika was our week getaway amongst friends. The villa was well equiped, fresh, clean, tidy with modern utilities. we got a guide book with info on things of interest in the area like restaurants, shops, activities and things of interest etc. A villa made for family gatherings and friendly short stays. All amenities in place, easy access to shops and beaches and so much to do around there. You can go on a cruise, water sports, beach lazy days, lots of restaurants with friendly people etc. While you are there you can visit other islands easily. Getting there is a bit of a stretch but believe me it's all worth it!! Great place for a vacation or getaway. We cannot wait to go back!! Ronke

Breathtaking

Oh dear where do I start from? What a beautiful villa with lot of space to play with. Villa parcifika is an ideal home for families, groups, singles and even for honeymoon. The facilities are clean and well kept. The view is breathtaking and amazing that all you want to do is just appreciate the beauty of mother nature. Jane and family are awesome people. They left a detailed description of everything we needed to make our holiday a memorable one. Eg, where to visit, good restaurants, how everything works in the house and so many more. The people of Glóssa are welcomeing and very friendly. It was an awesome holiday and by the way the weather was beautiful and sunny. . Will be visiting again and I recommend villa parcifika to anyone who wants to enjoy their vacation without no worries.

A heavenly experience in Skopelos

Our stay in “Villa Pacifica” was a heavenly experience. A white castle on top of the watershed of Skopelos. Sitting on the shadowed terras (large enough to eat outside with 12 persons) we enjoied the magnificent view over two bays: the bay of ……… and the bay of Glossa. This house is marvelous! Cool inside (19°C) with outside temperatures of 39 °C, a fantastic temperature to work or rest in the afternoon, evening and night. The studio (with a door that gives acces to the rest of the villa) with living (with a double door opening on a nice terras with a view on the swimming pool and large sunny terras) and bedroom (with double bed and possibility to unfold another double bed), bathroom, terrace with shadow in the afternoon, fully equiped kitchen, all with airconditioning (which we never needed to use even with the exceptional high temperature of 39°C outside). This studio has a private entrance which gave us the opportunity to have our own privacy. The villa is perfectly situated as a starting point to visit this marvelous island with numerous small private beaches and beautiful typical Greeck villages. The villa gives you the opportunity to cook/barbecue/swim/play and dance out and inside the compound in perfect privacy. Our companions on this vacation stayed in the villa with their 3 children (large living with open kitchen, separate toilet, large terras with shadow, a second smaller terras at the other side of the living with fireplace, staircase to the terras on top of the villa, offering an overpowering view on the island and different bays and to the swimming pool, three bedrooms, separate bathrooms per bedroom and on the 0 level a large garage, a washing room with washmachine and another bedroom for 2 twin beds. Wifi is available all over the villa. The little town of Glossa is nearby at walking distance (10 minutes) with local shops (also foood) and restaurants offering outstanding meals. We spend two weeks in the villa, had a great time. We also visited Volos, Evia and the other surrounding islands. We hope to go back next year and see our new Greece friends again in Glossa!

We live in Dworp, which is a beautiful village in Belgium, close to Brussels with three children. We visited the beautiful island of Glossa for the first time in 2003 and fell in love with this wonderful island.
Our plan is to rent during the periods when we are not using it ourselves. Our house was built with love and therefore we have a preference for guests who - while enjoying the place and surroundings - will take care of the house, as it was their own.

In 2006 we bought our land in Glossa and in 2013 started with the building of our dream summer home "Villa Pasifika".
We love Glossa because it is an authentic Greek village perched on the hillside with wonderful views of the island and sea. This area of Greece gets its good share of tourists but you never get the feeling of it being over crowded. The villagers are welcoming, warm and very friendly.

There is easy access to all beaches and restaurants by car or taking the local bus.

- 2 minutes drive to the local supermarket, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy and cafes.

- 30 minutes to the beautiful town of Skopelos.
