Ett sovrum på översta våningen i en fin viktoriansk byggnad i hjärtat av Soho. Rymmer upp till fyra personer.

Lägenheten ligger i Broadwick Street, fem minuters promenad från tunnelbanestationerna Oxford Circus och Piccadilly Circus och förbinder Carnaby Street (känd för mode sedan 1960-talet) och Berwick Street (känd för sin utomhusmarknad). Förutom modebutiker är denna del av Soho nu känd för ett antal små högkvalitativa restauranger med en Michelin-stjärngrad restaurang bara några dörrar bort på Broadwick Street.

Lägenheten är modern, rymlig, mycket ljus och har utmärkt utsikt. Det finns ensam tillgång till en stor takterrass. Trots att det ligger centralt ligger lägenheten väldigt tyst på natten.

Faciliteterna inkluderar luftkonditionering, trådlöst bredband internet, bredbilds-LCD-TV med markbundna och Freeview-kanaler, ett fullt utrustat kök med ugn, gasspis, kyl / frys etc.

Med en dubbelsäng i sovrummet och en bekväm bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet kan lägenheten sova upp till fyra personer.

Oxford Circus ligger 15 minuter på centrallinjen från huvudstationen Liverpool Street (Stanstead Airport eller South End Airport). Oxford Circus ligger också 10 minuter på Bakerloo Line från Paddington (till Heathrow Express). Oxford Circus är också 10 minus på Victoria linjen från Victoria Main Line Station (för Gatwick Express). Piccadilly Circus är idealisk för Piccadilly-linjen direkt till Heathrow.

Incheckningstiden är vanligtvis från 14:00 och framåt, men om det inte finns någon gäst som avgår den dag du anländer kan du checka in tidigare. Kolla in tiden är vanligtvis 11 eller tidigare, men om det inte finns någon gäst som anländer den dag du avgår kan du kolla senare.

Även om bokningar kan tas överens om jul och nyår, kan ingen bokning påbörjas den 25, 26 eller 31 december, för jag är inte i London för att erkänna dig till lägenheten. Vänligen kontakta mig innan du gör en omedelbar bokning runt jul och nyår.

November Holiday

I stayed here with my husband and two teenagers. The location is just perfectly located to so many places and the underground station. The apartment was on the top floor so lots of steps but the skylight made it worth the trips up. We had everything we needed in the apartment even a washer and plenty of places to hang laundry which was another plus. The teenagers did share a pull out couch which limited our seating when we gathered together at the end of the night but we made it work and really didn't spend much time doing that anyways. The bathroom door was unique as it was a double swinging door that mostly closed but did have a small gap all the time which made the girls feel a little weird but again, this would not deter us from staying again. And the shower was wonderful! We are happy with the space and would recommend it.

Appartement au coeur de Londres

Nous étions un couple avec deux enfants 7 et 11 ans et nous avons passez Noël 2019 à Londres. L'appartement est super bien placé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour bien visiter Londres (Bus, métro, ...), le chauffage centralisé est top. Le proprio est vraiment à l’écoute et nous a tout facilité à l’arrivé comme au départ. Seul bémol, la cuisine n'est pas bien fournie en ustensile pour cuisiner et l'immeuble n'est pas bien entretenu. Par contre, l’appart en lui-même est propre. Thanks to Ian & Nick ! Nabil

Photos don't tell the whole story

This listing "sells" itself solely on its location, in the heart of London and within walking distancce to Buckingham Palace and Trafalgar Square, etc. Unfortunately it looks better in photos than in person. It is just a bit "beat up" around the edges, with chipped paint, missing or inoperative lights, etc. Not only are the outside stairs steep, they are painted black and there is no light at the top landing, making that first step going down potentially dangerous. While the owners/managers did respond to emails sent prior to the rental, there was zero contact with them during our stay. Nor was there more than the barest materials provided on operation of appliances or the basics of things like a simple bar of soap or toilet paper, no less suggestions regarding the area in terms of places to see or where to eat, get groceries, and the like. Cooking equipment and tableware was inadequate for even basic meal preparation. The location was indeed spectacular and compensates in large part for these negatives, but of all the places we have rented from HomeAway/VRBO, over 15 years and in several countries this was by far the only one lacking any evidence of the care we have come to expect from the organization and owners.

Très bon emplacement

L'appartement est très lumineux, voir un peu trop! En effet, il ne faut pas avoir besoin du noir total pour dormir car pas d'occultation possible. Les photos de l'annonce datent un peu mais il est très bien placé, idéal pour une famille de quatre personnes et malgré sa position centrale, plutôt calme. Nous y avons passé une très bonne semaine.

Perfekt beliggenhed

Skøn lejlighed med god plads og den bedste beliggenhed i forhold til at udforske London. Lidt larm i weekenden men det er hvad der kan forventes af den centrale placering. Skønt skylight der gør lejligheden dejlig lys dog kan det være en ide i sommerperioden at medbringe en øjenmaske - for dem der sover i stuen - da lyset strømmer ind fra tidlig morgenstunden. Vi kommer gerne tilbage til denne lejlighed, da den imødekommer alt de, vi har brug for under et ophold i London.

Cute flat in central location

Lovely bright little flat right in the centre of soho. Pretty basic but had everything we needed. The only thing I would warn is that it is up 3 big flights of outdoor stairs which was a challenge with heavy cases and also the enormous skylight, whilst lovely, has no cover on it so we were woken by bright sunlight at 5am so bring an eyemask!

Very good location. The flat is clean, bright and quiet. The owner is easy to reach, very responsive and very friendly. He gaves us good advices on the neighborhood. we will come back as soon as possible !

Central location, reasonable cost

We stayed in the apartment for 5 nights last week. The bed and sofa, which we used as two beds for my teenage girls, were comfortable. Grocery stores are a short walk from the apartment as are both the Piccadilly and oxford circus lines. We could get everywhere easily. My daughters liked the deep tub. The air conditioning was key! There are many cafes and restaurants in the area. The skylight in the living room made sleeping in difficult for the kids and we had to discover the streets to avoid. At the start of the trip we walked down and back to Piccadilly Circus to get to theatres in the evening. Our street was quiet at night but the streets between us and Piccadilly were congested and my daughters (12 and 15) were uncomfortable with the drinking and the adult entertainment establishments. These were easily avoided by walking the other direction and using the oxford circus line instead.

Lovely quirky flat, in a fabulous location.

What a great flat. All very clean and tidy. Wonderful place to stay close to shops, restaurants and theatres. So much better than staying in a hotel. Don’t have heavy suitcases though, as there are a lot of stairs!

GREAT location.

The flat was clean, light-filled, and had all the necessities for a pleasant stay. Our 6'4" son found the couch-bed to be very comfortable. We loved it.

Excellent location

Excellent location. Very cleaned and you have all the necessary things. The negative thing is if you have to use the sofa bed in the living room, there is a window in the roof with any courtain, so in the morning the light get into. Apart of this, very recommendable.

I bought this flat because of its unusual and historical character and that despite its central location the flat is surprisingly quiet at night. Also because the flat has sole access to a huge roof area and that it's a good size for a one bedroom flat and being on the top floor there's nobody walking around above.
