Spacious, Family Friendly, Top Floor, 3 Bedroom Apartment on the Beach

Blue Marlin is the largest of the eight prestigious Black Rock Dreams apartments, located on Grafton Beach, one of Tobago’s finest. Located in a secure compound, it is surrounded by tropical gardens that boasts a swimming pool and private access to Grafton beach. The top floor apartment is well equipped with three bedrooms, air-conditioning throughout and only 20 minutes drive from the airport. There are a handful of lovely restaurants within walking distance and three supermarkets, all within 10 minutes drive!!!

We have security cameras overlooking the pool and garden area, top loading and unloading area and garage carpark. There is no internal surveillance and the external cameras are only viewed in the unlikely event of a problem.

Beautiful place and location

Fantastic Vacation Condo!

We loved our stay at Blue Marlin suite. A luxurious property and Liz was an excellent host. The sea views are unbeatable. The bird life, fantastic, and the easy beach and pool access are Wonderful. We loved this little, quiet neighborhood with easy access to super alert, restaurants, aiport and water activities at Buckoo Bay!

As a local in Trinidad..been coming back everytime I visit Tobago..that shld say alot..you dont need to go anywhere..pool..swimming on the beach..snorkeling right on the beach ..saw some huge manta rays this time..last time was a few huge sea turtles..fishing..an all in one location..family friendly property manager..good security..suite manager is always a call away 24/7

Beautiful Waterfront

Our stay was very comfortable and pleasing...waking up to the sound of the ocean is extraordinary! The main bedroom was amazing. The other two room were very underwhelming, no views and small (great for kids), but outside of that, the kitchen and other living spaces were exceptional!!

Fun in paradise

We had a very relaxing time, the pool And the beach are great, there is a restaurant a short walk away that is ok depending what you order but the service was not that great. There is a church with in walking distance and a small convenience store within walking distance. Otherwise you have to take a taxi. Overall we did a lot of cooking in. It has a very nice kitchen with most of what you would need. Very relaxing week!

The property is fabulous , beautiful location with stunning views. We have stayed in other apartments in the block but this was by far the best. Liz was very helpful and easy to contact any queries were dealt with straight away. Apartment is very well equipped,the beds were really comfortable. Garden and pool area are beautiful as is the beach . Area felt very friendly and we enjoyed chatting with the local people. We all had a fantastic holiday and would love to come back .

Good location. Luxurious accommodation.

Located on one of the best parts of the beach. The furnishings are quality. Good gourmet kitchen. Comfortable sofas. About the size of a small house. Perfect view of the ocean and sunset. I had a lovely alarm clock every morning when a blue bird came tapping on the window looking for insects. I could see the bottom of the ocean from my balcony. Secure location. Will definitely re-visit. Better value than most hotels in Tobago.

Peaceful and relaxing

My family- parents, husband and child, stayed for several nights here. Such a peaceful spot in Tobago! The apartment was very well laid out and accommodating of every need. Conveniently located on the beach front with access to untouched snorkeling! Amazing fish, squid and coral reefs! Also very close (walking) to several excellent restaurants. Having a multi-generational group, the home was spacious and everyone could find their own spot to relax. Pool was a hit for all! Highly recommended! Thanks for hosting our family reunion.

Great chill spot

Great open concept living room, dining room and kitchen which also opens out to the patio. Perfect for family time spacious and relaxing. Awesome views and convenient to everything. Just wish 1 of the bedrooms was a bit bigger and the other bedroom had a queen been instead of 2 small beds. Great set up for family with kids not so much for 6 adults which included my elderly parents. But other than that it was as close to perfect as you can get. Love the decor and Liz was very kind. Thanks for hosting.

Book now....Don't Wait

The property is very spacious for our family of 6. Everything was clean and accurate as listed. The condo is about 20 minutes away from the airport and can be accessed easily. Pro: 1) Right on the beach with an awesome view. So beautiful 2) Quiet and safe location 3) Swimming pool on site 4) Open concept design with cold A/C throughout the house Con: 1) NONE :) Nothing to complain about. The hosts (Liz and her friend Judi) were awesome. They waited for us to help us checked in even at night. All questions or concerns were quickly answered. Very friendly people. Overall, I would definitely book this place again in a heart beat if I'm in Tobago again. Loved it!

All in one island experience

Been goin to this property every year for the last 7 yrs...The place is all you need..once u settle down there is no need to go anywhere else..sun sea and sand..I live on the sister island Trinidad and for me to leave here and go Tobago, certain boxes needs to be checked: clean cool comfortable accomodations with all amenities, pool a property on the beach..no need to go anywhere..Otherwise I would just stay home and take a car and go to beach in Trinidad..The views from the apartment is stunning..the beach there at the begining is rought to do some boarding and the other end is very calm like a pool..best of both worlds..you can snorkel as there alot of coral rock...saw a few huge manta rays and a turtle last year....i could go on and on ..but this kinda sums it up

An amazing holiday in a dream location. We loved Tobago and could not have asked for more

Our family of four all agree that Tobago is one of the most beautiful places we have been to and that the accommodation surpassed all expectations Our host Liz was fantastic and made sure our trip was wonderful. Before we arrived she helped put us in touch with local operators which allowed us to scuba dive and tour with the islands best. She filled our fridge with food for us before we arrived and even came out at 2am to let us in when our plane was delayed. It is not often one finds service like this , and always with a smile. She was a pleasure to deal with. This accommodation was spectacular , and the location ideal. Right on a beautiful beach which was never crowded and it was so amazing to wake up hearing the waves right outside the bedroom window. Definitely a vacation and a location to recommend! We had many lovely meals on the large balcony and enjoyed the lovely sunsets Tobago was so beautiful and we had a lovely relaxing vacation. Our whole family voted it best yet and certainly all look forward to returning there soon

Amazing home at an amazing beach

As we’ve never been to Tobago, we had a basic idea of where we wanted to stay. Somewhere away from Pigeon Pointe area with a nice beach and a bit private. If this is what you desire too, look no further. It starts well before check-in with fantastic communication from Liz, the property manager. If you’re not renting a car or if you’re coming in late she’ll arrange to have some provisions waiting for you upon your arrival. The rental also comes with maid service throughout your stay. The home is large! 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a huge kitchen to cook in with all need supplies, a dining room, family room with couches and the most wonderful outside area to watch amazing sunsets. The home is on the 3rd floor and is a corner unit. My opinion is that it is definitely the best unit in the building. It offers seclusion with only one neighbor and offers some unobstructed views of the beach and sunset. There are plenty of loungers outside for the whole family to enjoy. The beach is wonderful. We traveled with our 5 year old son and loved it. The spiral staircase on the patio is so convenient to get downstairs to the pool and beach access. 20 more steps and you’re in the water. To the left, the beach is a bit rougher and my son loved playing in the waves with his tube. To the right is the most wonderfully crystal clear calmer water. You can hug the rock line and walk to a little private cove with a beach. If you’re not into exploring the other beaches of the island and if you don’t have a rental car, you could stay here for your entire vacation and not be disappointed. We’ve already recommended this property to a large portion of our friends after they saw the pictures of how beautiful it is. Tobago is a bit different that the other Caribbean islands we’ve traveled to. A bit more rustic and untouched. No issues with safety anywhere on the island and especially not at the property. They take enormous measures to make their guests feel safe, alarm, on-site property manager, locked gates and a private locked parking garage. Don’t hesitate to book, if this unit is available, do it!

The perfect stay

This was our 5th time in Tobago and our best stay yet. The location is unbeatable and the apartment just perfect. Liz was terrific before our booking and during it, helping with minor issues and making excellent suggestions for what we might do

Great Location

This was our first trip to Tobago and thoroughly enjoyed the island and the accommodations! The Blue Marlin suite had everything we needed with plenty of room for five of us and beautiful views from the balcony. The apartment is very well maintained. We toured much of the island and beach in front of our location was as nice as any other beach we visited. Very clean and quiet. Liz was terrific, check in was smooth and information relating to the apartment and area was very helpful. We would not hesitate to rent this property again in the future. 5 years ago I stood on the beach & vowed to return and stay at Black Rock Dreams... I did

Blue Marlin is a beautiful home-from-home which despite its homeliness manages to avoid being so personal that you feel you are intruding. Located on the top left corner (as you look from the beach) you have exceptional views. We were a family of 4 staying and the apartment generously catered for everyone's needs. There is ample space both in the open plan lounge, kitchen, dining area and outside on the large balcony for everyone to relax and claim space on their own. The master bedroom is particularly large and has its own sofa facing a set of French doors overlooking the sea. The twin bedroom is a good size with room to move around, and as advertised, the double bedroom is the smallest. There is enough space to walk around the double bed and a wardrobe provides shelving and hanging space. My daughter got this room and found the decorative stacking boxes in lieu of bedside cabinets rather lacking for surface space. I reminded her of the bathoom next door for her own use however which did give the required space for makeup etc. All the bathrooms have generous sized showers, the master also has a bath. There is also a separate utility/laundry room. On the practical side everything worked and is well maintained. The air conditioning in the large open plan living room is the best we've experienced. Each bedroom also has adequate aircon units and there are ceiling fans throughout. The WiFi worked perfectly and there were no complaints about speed or 'buffering' from the youngest so it must be good. As we usually stay in a villa, the idea of a shared pool bothered me but I needn't have worried. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves or at most shared with another family. The gardens are beautifully maintained and again offer separate little seating areas to enjoy the view. And last but not least, the wonderful guardian of Blue Marlin, Liz Sloper. Liz is efficient and communicates well throughout the enquiry and booking stage. When you meet her she is warm and personable yet maintains a professional approach. She effortlessly and efficiently manages - think Mary Poppins! She also has great suggestions for where to go, what to see and where to eat so trust in her local knowledge as she's sharing her expertise and her desire for you is to enjoy your holiday in Tobago and have a wonderful time. Enjoy swimming in the sea, chatting to the friendly locals and be in awe of the breathtaking sunsets!

Great Vacation Spot

Awesome beach front accommodations with restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Property is secluded and water is beautiful with coral reefs just off the beach.

Fantastic beachfront property

We had a wonderful holiday at Blue Marlin. The property is perfectly maintained and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. We were visited daily by a lovely woman who cleaned up and made our beds. The property is very well managed by Liz, who welcomed us - she is friendly, knowledgable about Tobago and very helpful. We loved the fact that the beach is just steps away and the pool is perfect for children - it has both very shallow and deep areas, so great for kids learning to swim. If you want a relaxing, stress free holiday on the beach, I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful appartment in great location right on the beach. So even when it was a little overcast (or rainy....not often, hasten to add....it was the perfect place to just kick back and relax).
