Près du complexe se trouve un large choix de restaurants. Cuisine espagnole, grecque, chinoise, indienne et autre. Bien sûr, restaurants et bars anglais. À seulement 5 minutes à pied du centre commercial Safari et du nouveau centre commercial Oasis. Vous trouverez ici un grand nombre de boutiques de créateurs et de restaurants. Également à proximité du théâtre, des fontaines et des jardins. Le complexe dispose d'une piscine et d'une terrasse pour bronzer. Il y a une aire de jeux pour enfants et une piscine. Le sauveteur est en service lorsque la piscine est ouverte. Tout est très proche. Boutiques de souvenirs et d'électronique, voitures de location, vélos et segways. Taxis et bus. Disappointing

We have stayed at TRG before and it’s a great location in a lovely block. We knew the apartment was going to be dated but unfortunately it needs more than a lick of paint. Bed leg broken and bed held up by a pile of books! Towels and blankets needed washing as the linen cupboard smelt old, musty and unclean. Loungers on the balcony were cracked with no cushions so extremely uncomfortable. Historic leak from bathroom so the ceiling in the kitchen was falling down and had mould growth in it. When I complained to the owner he responded quickly and refunded some money but said he was surprised as the previous occupants had given good feedback!! This turned out to be a lie as the couple next door had said they had complained too and received money back. It’s such a shame, as if the apartment was brought up to the same standard as the others the owner could actually charge more and stop having to give out refunds. TRG is lovely, just not this apartment.

Sitting Room and balcony on one level than stairs up to bedroom and bathroom, absolutely fantastic balcony,flat 50 m from beach,a bit need update,but everything was working,bed comfortable,flat on 4 floor

Perfect location and pool area but the room was very dated and tatty holes in the kitchen celling the bath was about to collapse and the shower curtain was like a mud flap of a attic lorry the towels had holes in and the pillows was yellow not a nice experience at all

Appartement dans un etat lamentable c"est honteux et malhonnete.De plus l'Hote nous a meme accueillis, il a fallu deviné ou etait les de l'appartement,on a jamais vu l"Hote.C'est la premiere fois que je passe par vous Abrital. Et çà sea la derniere,tres tres déçu.

Super ligging

Dit appartement heeft een toppotentieel: ligging vlakbij de zee, het superhygienische complex waartoe het behoort, de grootte, het balkon, de voorzieningen, .... . Alleen is dit appartement dringend aan een opfrisbeurt toe (barsten in terrasdeuren, droogrek stuk, keukenkastjes, douchescherm, gele plekken op matrassen en beddengoed, ....). Enkele problemen werden na onze melding wel onmiddellijk aangepakt door de eigenaar.

Dejlig balkon med fantastisk udsigt - selve lejlighed trænger til modernisering, men alt fungerer. 300 m. til god strand. Kompleks velholdt med dejlig pool og et roligt område

Convenient Location

Great location, easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Loved the balcony overlooking the pool. Just a few things people should be aware of prior to booking. The stairs in the apartment are very steep, there is no air conditioning (my fault for not realizing that prior to booking) so if sleeping with windows open, be prepared for bugs (spray was provided in the apartment). And if you want chair by the pool, you will need to be up early to claim one. None of this is the owners fault, just something to note. We spent our days going on excursions, hanging out at the beach and exploring. So for us the apartment was for winding down at night, sleeping and showering.

Excellent Location

This one bedroom apartment in Tenerife Royal Gardens is ideally situated a few metres from the beach at Playa Vista. It is well equipped with everything you need for a holiday flat with a kitchenette, living room with pull down sofa bed and satellite TV, The bedroom has two single beds with plenty of wardrobe space and includes inflatables for the pool,and beach toys. The large bathroom has a shower over the bath and houses the washing machine and iron and ironing board. The balcony is off the living room area and has a table and chairs, two sun loungers and a fold away clothes drier. It overlooks the swimming pool and has an excellent sea view. In the afternoon it is a suntrap. The complex has a nice swimming pool, but in spite of numerous signs around the pool guests claim/reserve all the sunbeds with their towels by 10am and most of them then disappear until the afternoon. This is a minor inconvenience as it is close to the beach and the sunbathing on the balcony is superb. Highly recommended.

Appartement mit wunderschönem Ausblick

Diese Maisonette-Wohnung hat einen tollen Balkon mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Das Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss ist offen gehalten und das Badezimmer befindet sich ebenfalls oben. Wenn man das Apartment betritt, steht man in der offenen Küche mit angrenzendem Wohnzimmer und dem großen Balkon. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit unserem 3 jährigen Sohn genossen und der Pool dieser Anlage ist auch wirklich toll:-)

Great location!

Nice apartment, lovely view overlooking the pool and beach/sea. Lovely large bedroom with plenty of storage. Could possibly do with a freshen up but didn’t detract from our holiday as had everything we needed. Very secure complex, felt very safe and all key or code access, perfect place for some winter sun.

Very nice

We enjoyed the stay, lovely apartment and fantastic balcony and view. Peaceful resort with lovely pool. Only complaint, the recipient Mikhail spoke only Russian, and we could have used the key to the gate at the bins. Would like to return another time. ps: very difficult to find parking space
