Beautiful home!

We stayed at this property with our daughter and her family. The home was lovely. Outdoor area is smaller than we expected but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Terrific set up in a great location

This was a great property. The bedrooms were nice and the central den/kitchen/dining set up worked great for the family hanging out after a long day at the nearby parks. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone coming to Orlando and attending multiple different parks. Nearby grocery was also a plus.

Family time

Very nice accomodations, right size for 8 family members. Pool was perfect for a young kids. Very close to all Disney parks. Champions gate has all the amenities so you don't have to far to go for groceries, medical etc.

Vacation rental

Rental was overall good. Beds were a little worn but the house was what we thought we were getting. The community was beautiful.

Cozy Townhouse

This was the perfect townhouse for my family of 8. It was a great location with many restaurants nearby and the Publix was down the road. The home was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Some of the dining chairs were a bit wobbly and one of the downstairs mattresses could use replacing but other than that we were very happy. I would return!

Beautiful and Convenient Proximity to the parks!

This was a great stay! Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable. This property offered tons of room for us all to spread out. Two things I noticed that could be improved was that it could use a paint touch up, and also found it odd that the main bedroom upstairs didn't have a box spring, as it sat really low to the ground but was still very comfortable. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends!

60th birthday trip

We had a great stay in Orlando helped by the stay at Champions gate. Although most of the property was clean and tidy the pool area could do with a little help, the bbq was not cleaned and we didn't use it because of all the grease and fat on the grill, the chairs and table around the pool should be replaced as they spoil the area. The double bathroom downstairs had one working cold tap, didn't use oven toaster coffee maker dish washer need a kettle for tea making we used the microwave to boil water for drinks,couple of upstairs bathrooms had pressure issues with the shower. Overall we would recommend this property to family and friends

Overall okay

The property could use paint and a deep clean. The furniture was gross. Water pressure in all showers but one was poor. Only one working faucet in downstairs bathroom. We had issues getting in the gated community and were told there was no one listed as being in that property. Our last night there another family showed up to check in and according to their booking the property was double booked for one night The access to the clubhouse and pool was nice. Overall community and location to attractions was a plus. Overall stay was okay.

Close to everything

We rather enjoyed staying in this property for 10 days. A few constructive suggestions which would make the world of difference for future guests. As guests leave, the professional cleaners should have a checklist to ensure all in order such as: is bbq clean, is there natural gas in tank, are there batteries in controls for all tv’s, is there body hair all over bathrooms and fresh towels, salt and pepper in the shakers and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom should be supplied at the very minimum, the rest tenants are only too happy to supply, are mattresses super comfortable or barely comfortable failing which they should be replaced, are guests announced at main gate or will they have to go through uproar to get past the gates, have guests been given the right or wrong entry code, 2 pots and pans,one med size casserole and 3 less than acceptable non stick frying pans is absolutely insufficient to prepare a family meal for 7 people-we should think someone knicked some saucepans, they should therefore be replaced. This is a high end rental property, we think it might be appropriate if it was upkept and managed as a high end property, that it is not but certainly has tons more potential. Many thanks for a pleasurable stay, the lay out and location were perfect.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home. Great community. Minutes to Disney parks. Rougher commute if going to Universal or Sea world with near 30 minutes in the mornings and often more than 45 minutes coming home, secondary to traffic. Community clubhouse was great. Close to house. Good food. Amazing pool setup. Reason for 4 stars. Did as instructed with google map. Spent forever being directed to other locations. Very frustrating with kids in car. Called management team to help guide and received no phone call.... ever. Finally we took out house number and just used street name, and we were able to at least find the community. Uber was even unable to locate us so we would go to clubhouse for pickup! Lol. Very new development... it happens... but wish they would have least called me back. Also, management book in house is from another location, so ignore any directions on how to get to stores or how to handle trash. We just "winged" it, but again drove around aimlessly until we figured it out. Overall, great vacation. Loved discovery cove and gatorland ( 8 year old boy.... and zip lining!!!)

Family Vaca rental

We rented this property in 2020 but couldn’t attend due to international travel issues. So finally got to use the rental in 2022. The property management was absolutely amazing in their communication with me and accommodating us with the international travel restrictions and our date changes. We had absolutely no issues with the check in process, didn’t have any issues during our stay our check out. For the most part, the home was as advertised, with the exception of the master bedroom bed (which just needs to be fixed), kitchen and island seating (some just need to be fixed) and the outdoor furniture (which did not compare to the photos in the listing and need to be replaced). I did read some recent reviews regarding comments about the overall cleanliness and tiredness of the home. For the most part it was clean, however, I could agree that there are some issues that need to be addressed with the property cleaning company that could easily be rectified for future renters. As well as some minor upkeep, like painting. The pool was clean and warm. Everything in the home was functioning i.e. faucets, appliances, internet, televisions, etc. there were ample kitchen supplies. The home has all the right bones that you want when you’re renting something nice, undercount sinks, stone counters, nice fixtures, nice looking furniture. I’ve rented many properties over the past several years in this local area. This property is a good property to rent, it does needs some minor fixing and upgrading to make it to the top of my personal list, but I’m confident that this will come in due time by the owners. - it has every potential to be a full 5 star rental! The rental management company (William) made this stay 5 stars for us! Thank you for all you’re help with this rental for the past 2 years!

Beautiful! But not as close as you think...

We had a fabulous weekend in Disney World and spent 4 nights at Champions Gate! The house was very clean and perfect for our group of 7 girls. The house is just as updated and beautiful as it looks online. Something important to point out is that the neighborhood and house are both difficult to find. We used three different GPS services and each of them sent us a different direction. It's like the house doesn't exist on a map. We got lost more than once, and all of our Uber drivers had a difficult time finding us. Additionally, traffic on this side of Orlando (like all of Orlando I suppose) can be very bad. We were able to get to the parks in 15 or 20 minutes, but when we headed home around 6:00, it took nearly 40 minutes. This was tricky for our group who wanted to split up. It was just too far for anyone to go home, freshen up, and come back. Our Ubers were fairly inexpensive. I think we paid about $20 each way and split it up amongst the group. Something else I wanted to point out is that the air conditioner broke during our stay. The rental agency was quick to send someone to repair it, but upon looking at the instruction book at the house we noticed a clause that said we would could not change the air conditioner settings and would be charged a $100 fee if it froze. We never touched the temperature while we were there, but it froze anyway. This made me wonder how they would ever know if we had broken the rules and whether or not we would incur a $100 fee anyway. So far we have not, but we only checked out yesterday. If you are staying for a long period of time, make sure to bring dish soap, trash bags, coffee filters and toilet paper. Only one kitchen size trash bag is provided and the toilet paper downstairs ran out on the second day of our trip. All in all, this is a great rental for a great price. If you don't mind being so far away from the Disney Parks, I highly recommend it!

I absolutely fell in love with this property the first time my husband and I discovered it last year. The host and local management were awesome with helping us work through a minor issue encountered at check-in. They worked diligently, corresponding, and going the extra mile to ensure access into the property. Our stay was delightful as usual. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Do not stay here! The pictures are outdated!

I would not recommend this property to anyone! The floors were disgustingly dirty, they looked like they hadn’t been mopped in a long time. We had to sweep and vacuum ourselves the night we checked in. The countertops were dirty and dining chairs in the kitchen had food crumbs all over them. The sofa and chairs were all stained and dirty. The pillows on the sofa look like dirty socks. All of the walls are badly scuffed and look dirty(terrible). They definitely need a fresh coat of paint. The master bedroom bed does not have a book spring(even though it is in the ad picture) so the bed is very low to the floor. Also the master bathroom bathtub was clogged. The first floor bathroom smelled rotten! All the towels had hair in them. One bathroom shower upstairs had no water pressure and the other bathroom shower had to much pressure. We messaged the property manager when we checked in she responded with only a phone number, for the cleaning company they use. We called the cleaning company and they said they were going to send somebody the next day, but they never came! We were so uncomfortable the entire stay. If we could have gotten our money back we would have left!

House was great!

We will come again!!

Gated community. Must have all driving guest registered beforehand to save you lots of time and issues with the gate! Parking was very easy especially if you’re driving more than 2 vehicles. Property is a townhouse and was very spacious and clean. FYI: The pool was only 4ft deep! Clean backyard/patio area. Some are the beds were a little squeaky but all very comfortable. We were able to communicate very well with the owner who responded very fast to any concerns or issues we had. We will be visiting again in the future and this was the best visit we had.

Spring break

Large home to accommodate entire family. Could stand a paint job so the walls don’t look so dirty and the Master bed was missing a box spring.

Very nice and cozy home. Had all the amenities just like home. Entire resort was beautiful and the kids enjoyed the clubhouse.

Great home away from home

Great home with tons of space. The colors and decor were very warm and welcoming. House was very clean as expected on arrival. The hidden gem was the use of the resort. We actually spent a whole day at the clubhouse experiencing some amazing amenities. Great location.
