Welcome to Hale Mahina A-302! With a direct oceanfront view and located on a secluded and gated white-sand beach, our condo is perfect for those looking for a quiet and relaxing West Maui getaway.

Our favorite thing about this condo is the VIEW! Unobstructed views of the islands of Molokai and Lanai, with spectacular sunsets year-round. We are located on the Pailolo channel, a popular pathway for humpback whales on their migration. From December through April, you will often see whales breaching right outside your window. We spend countless hours relaxing on our private lanai, and we're certain you'll do the same!

We are on the third floor of a boutique, low-rise complex that is just minutes from Kaanapali, Kapalua and downtown Lahaina. Our complex features free parking, an elevator, a gated oceanfront pool and spa with a large grass area overlooking a white sand beach. The grounds are spectacular and well maintained with plenty of lounge chairs, picnic tables, and bbq grills. The on-site manager Larry is always working diligently to make sure the grounds are in pristine condition. He is knowledgeable and friendly, and always happy to answer any questions you may have. We also employ a property management company with a 24-hour a day dispatch service, should any issues arise during your stay.

About Heidi and Ken Winslow

We are busy real estate agents in Northern California who have vacationed in Maui several times a year for many years. It seems to be the only place where we truly unwind and enjoy a slower pace in life. We were engaged in Maui in 2012 and married there a year later. Owning this property means we get to share our love of Maui with our family, friends, clients and you! When the opportunity arose to purchase a condo there, we jumped at the chance. Hale Mahina quickly became our first choice from the minute we set foot on the property. The beautiful grounds, the private beach with expansive lawn area, the functional layout and the spectacular views had us hooked! Larry, the on-site manager is meticulous at making sure the property is in tip-top shape. He is friendly and always willing to answer any questions you may have. It's no wonder people who vacation here come back time and time again!

What makes this condo unique

The views of Molokai and Lanai from our balcony are unbelievable! We sit and watch the sunset every night and are in awe of the beauty that surrounds us. The private white-sand beach directly in front of our unit is rare for this location and we treasure the ability to walk downstairs and immediately jump in the ocean! The grass area is huge and there are plenty of lounge chairs available to sit and watch the surf. The pool and spa area are direct ocean front and access is gated and locked to ensure privacy. We love it here and we trust you will too!

We had an amazing stay at Heidi's condo. She was extremely communicative prior to the trip, even mailing me address tags for our luggage. She was helpful with anything we needed during our stay. The view is more incredible than the pictures and we saw at least 10 sea turtles swim past during our stay! The location is great - very close to downtown Lahaina and so many beaches. Kapalua, great for snorkeling, is just 10 minutes up the road. There are chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler for use. It's a quiet, relaxing place with a small beach for condo use. Everyone was very friendly. The grounds are well maintained. I also love that there is a guestbook in the condo so you can read the notes of people who have stayed before and leave a note for those to come. We would absolutely stay here if ever in Maui again!!

Absolutely LOVE and won’t stay at a large, hotel resort again! We loved it!

My husband and I really enjoyed the attractive, clean accommodations of the condo and more importantly the stunning balcony view! The quiet and private allure of the complex is unbeatable. The location is fantastic as we enjoyed so many hikes and restaurants North and South of the property. We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful beachfront condo with amazing ocean views!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The owners were very helpful in getting us ready for our stay, and gave us a lot of great tips for things to do in the area. The private beach and pool area was very relaxing, and we saw turtles swim by almost every day! Also the ocean views can't be beat!

Location, location,location! We loved having our coffee and watching sunsets off our lanai. There is a little farmers market within walking distance, as well as shops and restaurants. There’s a trail off the main road that leads to long walks on the beach. It is breathtaking! The condo is very family-friendly and well maintained. We had everything we needed! I would like my family to come here on a family vacation!

Fantastic!

As always, what a Fantastic property. It's like your very own private beach front paradise. I cant get enough of that view from the balcony, morning and evening. Its a short drive to Wailers village, Lahaina, the Gazebo and other great restaurants. A big shout out to Maui Brewing restaurant just past the Condo. Had the best service and food of the trip, on a Friday night at 6:00pm no less. The place was packed, but the service was fast and on the spot. You cant go wrong with Ken and Heidi's place, clean and love the décor. Thanks for making it available for us.

PS: Someone tell those sea turtle's to leave us room on the beach.
