EREMUS - Chalet with private garden in Valldemossa.

Welcome to this lovely stone house in the charming town of Valldemossa, right in the Tramuntana mountain range. It has capacity for 6 people.
This is a unique and privileged house for those whole love the mountains, the charming villages and the sea, which is only 7 km away. At the back of the house you will find a beautiful and wild garden where you can enjoy a good reading or sunbathe on one of the two sun loungers. If you prefer the shade you can stay beneath the tree and enjoy the nice scent of the aromatic plants. The terrace is covered by vines and next to it you will find the porch with the barbecue where you can cook delicious meals. The property is fenced and since the house is within the village, there are neighbours next to.

The two-storey house has a traditional style. The living-dining room is an example of the Mallorcan style and it offers a little TV with satellite channels as well as a wood stove that you can use when it is cold. The kitchen is well equipped including a gas stove, oven and utensils to cook. The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bathrooms in the house, one with a shower on the ground floor and the other with a tub which is located upstairs. Regarding the bedrooms, there are three in total, all of them with a closet. There is one on the main floor and it offers twin beds. The other two are on the top floor, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. In addition, both of them offer a fan an exit to a wonderful balcony. In one of them we can place a cot and we can prepare also a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby. The house is equipped with wood pellet central heating for the winter season.

The house is located in a residential area about 500 metres away from the town square of Valldemossa, a charming village in the Tramuntana mountain range. You can practice hiking and cycling since it offers different roots to the nearby villages throughout the mountains. The city of Palma is 15 km away so you can drive there for a worth visit. The villages around also are wonderful like Banyalbufar, Deià, Esporles and Galilea. The village offers all basic services for an independent stay: supermarkets, tapas bars, restaurants and much more. The nearest beach is a semicircular little cove, with pebbles, gravel and rests of marine vegetation 7 km away in Port the Valldemossa but you also can head to Puerto de Soller or Cala major, near Palma, both of them sandy beaches.

Todo perfecto. Casa decorada con gusto, con mobiliario mallorquín típico y con un jardín agradable y bien cuidado. Todos los espacios estaban muy limpios y bien mantenidos. La casa, pese a tener otras cosas muy cerca, se sentía tranquila ya que no había vecino en esas fechas. La empresa que gestiona la casa lo ha ejecutado todo con mucha organización y facilidad. La llegada y la localización muy fáciles, y un gran punto añadido es poder aparcar con facilidad delante de la casa. Gracias por todo.

Nous avons passé 10 jours en famille a Valldemossa. Tres content du lieu, du logement, meme si nous n'y etions pas tres souvent car il y a de nombreuses balades a faire. Vaste pièce a vivre, de très grandes chambres, nous y etions avec nos 3 enfants, tout le monde a trouvé sa place.

La maison correspond bien au descriptif de l'annonce. La maison est saine, le jardin est magnifique et l'environnement est calme malgré la présence de voisins proches. Le village pittoresque est magnifique, ce qui attire beaucoup de monde l'été. Cela peut être contrayant à certaines heures de la journée. Si vous recherchez des plages de sable, il faudra compter entre une demi heure et une heure de route en moyenne; les plages de galets les plus proches restent toutefois très jolies. Nous sommes très heureux de notre séjour à Valdemossa.

Das Haus und der Garten sind wunderschön!!! Alles ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz, sodass zwei Familien sehr angenehm unterkommen können. Der Außenbereich und der Garten sind toll bepflanzt und laden zum Verweilen, Spielen und zu Entdeckungstouren für Klein und Groß ein. Für die ganz Kleinen gab es sogar ein aufblasbares Planschbecken. Die Möglichkeit innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß in das wunderschöne Zentrum von Valldemossa zu laufen oder Wandertouren vom Haus aus zu starten ist großartig. Bei den regelmäßigen Besuchen des Eigentümers zum Bewässern und Bearbeiten des Gartens (alle drei Tage für 2-3 Stunden), hätten wir uns zumindest eine Ankündigung bzw. Absprachen gewünscht. Ansonsten war alles nahezu perfekt.

Haus und Garten wunderschön, Cafés, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar, sehr schöne Wanderungen beginnen direkt am Ortsrand. Sehr netter Kontakt auch mit dem Besitzer, der einmal kam um den Garten zu wässern.

Maison agréable dans le plus bel endroit que nous avons visité à Mallorca. La maison est propre et au calme. Le jardin est magnifique. Ce qui pourrait être utile pour les touristes arrivant en avion avec des enfants : quelques jeux de plage, ballons... qui sont difficilement transportables et très pratiques sur place. Des sacs réutilisables pour les courses au supermarché seraient également utiles. Néanmoins, la maison est globalement bien équipée.

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in Valldemossa verbracht. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene, 1 Kleinkind und 1 Baby und hatten genug Platz in dieser Unterkunft. Hochstühle und Babybetten waren vorhanden, ebenso eine Waschmaschine. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und auf der Terasse steht ein Gasgrill zur Verfügung. Wir haben das Haus sehr sauber vorgefunden. Die Einrichtung ist rustikal. Der Garten ist eine wunderschöne Oase mit Obstbäumen, mediterranen Pflanzen, Kräutern und Palmen. Wir hatten super Wetter und konnten auf der geräumigen Terasse mit Blick auf die Berge und den Garten Frühstück und Abendessen genießen. Die Weinreben über der Terasse bieten im Sommer Schatten. Mitte Mai war die Terasse noch nicht vollständig überwachsen, so dass tagsüber wenig Schatten vorhanden war. Kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Der Ortskern mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und einer tollen Bäckerei ist in 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant Es Taller in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Leckere und ausgefallene Tapas in einem stylischen Ambiente. Um die Umgebung zu erkunden empfiehlt sich auf jeden Fall ein Mietwagen. Wanderwege starten aber auch direkt in Valldemossa. Kommunikation schnell und freundlich, Check in problemlos über eine Schlüsselbox. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft, die sehr gut für Familien geeignet ist.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Sehr komfortables Haus, das glücklicherweise etwas abseits des touristischen Treibens in Valdemossa liegt, von dem sich aber trotzdem dort alles gut zu Fuß erreichen lässt. Wunderschöner, gepflegter Garten, gut ausgestattetes, geräumiges Haus. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Ein tolles Haus mit einem phantastischen Garten in toller Lage

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub dort. Das Haus ist toll. Noch schöner ist der Garten mit seiner großzügigen Terrasse. Dazu kommt die tolle Lage in dem schönsten Dort auf Mallorca.

A really lovely place to stay with lots of space and peace, and a pretty garden. A really great location a few minutes walk from Valldemossa centre - a beautiful village to stay and explore other nearby villages/towns or even the rest of island. Easy free parking out front too.

A beautiful house in a very convenient setting. The house was spacious with a pretty garden. We did not have a hire car and managed perfectly well on public transport, travelling to Deia, Palma, Puerto Soller and Soller. Valledemossa is a lovely village with excellent shops and restaurants

Beautiful garden and pool as well as porch area. Big barbecue. Great with kids also. For cyclists it is also a good spot. Communication was helpful and good. Bathrooms in good shape. Though fans are provided, it does get very hot in August. The house has a typical farmhouse atmosphere and is in the outskirts of Campos. It is very peaceful and beautifully lit at night. It's a good and valuable place for a summer family stay a bit far from all beaches, but amidst rural and agricultural grounds.
