We stayed in this beautiful property with family for our daughter’s wedding. The home is beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable. We were a family of 7 adults and a baby. conveniently situated walking distance to the center of town. The kitchen was well stocked and the outdoor/pool area was a perfect place to relax. Andrea was great! We had everything we needed for baby but needed a baby bathtub, she had one at the house when we arrived. If you drive, rent a small car, as roads are narrow to arrive to the house. Amazing stay! Would highly recommend!

Soller excellence

This property is amazing. Beautiful architectural details, finishes, landscaping throughout. The pool and surrounding deck is perfection. Very close to the town center as well, which is shocking considering the size of this space.

Beautiful house and gardens

We’re a family with grown-up children with partners. The property was perfect for us - and even grander and more beautiful than the pictures reveal. Large bedrooms, very comfy beds, beautiful kitchen and pool / pool house with all amenities you can wish for. Very close to Soller centre and great starting point for hiking or biking. The house keepers Andrea and Joan were very friendly and super helpful. We will almost certainly be back.

One of the best accommodations you can wish for a summer vacation

As a regular visitor to this house, I can confidently say that it is one of the best accommodations you can wish for a summer vacation in the heart of the Tramuntana Mountains in Mallorca. For cycling enthusiasts like me and my friends, this accommodation is a true paradise. From here, we embark on fantastic cycling tours across the entire island every year. But the location is also perfect for hiking enthusiasts. Time spent in the house is also fantastic. Relaxing on the poolside loungers, socializing in the pool house, or even enjoying cozy moments in the large living room on the first floor during bad weather – here, there's something for every taste and weather condition to enjoy. The spacious rooms and cozy atmosphere make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. What truly sets this accommodation apart is its location, almost in the center of Soller. Within just 5 minutes, we reach the charming marketplace surrounded by lovely cafes, top-notch restaurants and inviting shops. With its 5 bedrooms, the house is the perfect size for our group. The pool, terrace, and cooking and dining area offer plenty of space for group activities and cozy get-togethers.The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious, making cooking for several people effortless. Overall, I can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation. Its a perfect place for an unforgettable summer vacation. We look forward to returning every year!

Fantastic Experience

Fantastic property in the heart of Sóller. Lots of room for two families (8 total) to enjoy our time in Mallorca. Kitchen was well stocked and very functional, pool and pool cabana were really enjoyable for both sun bathing, swimming, or hanging out watching the Tour de France on a large TV. Bedrooms were a good size and the Air Conditioning worked extremely well and made sleeping pleasant. Yard and gardens were beautiful, lots of lemon and orange trees to make fresh juices in the morning. Finally, 5 min walk to the center of Sóller for meals, ice cream or to jump on the train to Sóller Harbour. Close to a few nice walks including the picturesque village of Fornalutx and Deià.

Simply 6 out of 5 stars!

Embedded in the nothern foothills of the tramontana, a few hundred meters from the center of beatiful Soller, the house sourrounded by it's generous garden is a true oasis of calmness and serenity. Everytime I stayed at this house I almost felt how my body reloads its batteries. I am already looking forward to the next time I have the chance to stay at this wonderful place! Arriving at the house's address, the first thing you see is the gate that seems to lead into an enchanted garden. And it does. As soon as you enter, your gaze will be attracted by the amazingly cultivated flowers, plants and trees that sweeten the way to the house. Be sure that by now you already forgot about the outside world and slide into a realm of pure relaxiation and recreation. Be it chilling at the pool or, having barbecue at the terrace or just watching the sunset from a little secret place behind the pool house, you will find plenty of places to enjoy your day with a glass of wine and your friends and family. Enough said about the outside. The house itself is just a firework of good taste and comfort. The kitchen is the single best fitted that I ever saw in a house to rent. This kitchen will inspire you to experiment with all the fine goods from the reagion you can buy down in the village and the large dining room table is easily enough for 10 people to have a great time. The bed rooms are all fitted with comfy box spring beds and the bath rooms are just beatiful to the last detail. If it turns out that you have business to do while your stay, you will find the perfect place to retreat and get things done in the fine little office room and the internet connection will not fail you while you know that in the next hour you will be back at the pool with a bunch of the best people in the world. Simply 6 out of 5 points!

Enjoyable stay

This villa had lots of positives, it is a stunning house and location! the gardens and abundance of lemon and orange trees were lovely and the pool area is absolutely perfect. The owner was very helpful and communicative and as others have said it has the most incredibly well equipped kitchen. Sadly for us it was really let down by the fact that the central air conditioning just didn’t work (it was august and very hot for the first couple of days) It simply couldn’t cope with the high temperatures at the beginning of our stay and we were absolutely sweltering inside the house, despite only trying to cool rooms we were in, kitchen during the day or bedrooms at night. The system is clearly on its last legs and they have done their best by adding additional (very noisy!) freestanding units and fans to the bedrooms but we still struggled to get the room temperatures much below 30 degrees for the first few days and the system kept on tripping and having to be constantly reset. Really not what we expected when spending such a considerable amount to stay there. Thankfully it was pretty overcast towards the end of our stay and with the lower temperatures the situation improved! We might have coped better if we weren’t travelling with three young children and a baby but as anyone with kids knows you need their sleeping areas to be cool! Secondly, as others have commented the roads are incredibly narrow in soller. This is no fault of the villa of course but it caused a real issue for one of the families staying who had arranged a transfer from the airport and were unceremoniously dumped a ten minute walk from the property and had to carry all of their luggage, car seats and two babies the rest of the way! This is just mentioned as a warning to others who are travelling with young children and a lot of luggage! We did enjoy our stay but the faulty air conditioning ruined it for the family we were travelling with sadly. I would book again out of high temperatures and with children of 4+

Beautiful holiday home with stunning views

Great villa for large groups. The rooms are all very impressive. There are plenty of towels provided for bathroom, pool and beach. We had an 18 month old and a 2 year old and from the photos I thought there were grassy areas for them to play. Also I didn’t see the many steps to and from the pool area. There weren’t any children’s unbreakable plates and bowls either. A slight inconvenience for us was the lack of a toilet on the ground floor. The negatives in this review are purely down to the toddlers in our group. Overall this is a beautiful house in a very convenient location in the centre of Soller. It is an uphill walk from the Plaza to the villa but not an uncomfortable walk for the children aged 8 and 9 or the unfit grandparents pushing buggy’s! We had a great holiday and we would like to stay here again once the grandchildren are older.
