L'appartamento 28 è il luogo perfetto con meno di 5 minuti a piedi da tutti i servizi tra cui il centro città, il teatro, i principali snodi di trasporto e la spiaggia.

Essendo stato recentemente acquistato e rinnovato, l'appartamento 28 conserva tutte le belle caratteristiche di questa proprietà del 1850, ma è stato rifinito secondo una specifica di fascia alta adatta per il 21 ° secolo!

Entrambe le camere sono state dotate di lussuosi letti Hypnos con un lussuoso divano letto in pelle italiana nel salone, perfetto per dormire altre 2 persone. Cotone egiziano e biancheria da letto di qualità simile usata come standard.
Le camere da letto includono un letto king size con una zip separata insieme con bagno super king camera da letto che offre flessibilità di letti singoli, se necessario. Le TV sono presenti in entrambe le camere oltre al salone.

Location Location

Just had a wonderful 3 day stay in Ayr, the apartment is in the perfect location for exploring Ayr and the surrounding area, the host Fiona was great and made you feel welcome from the moment you are handed the keys. The apartment is spotless bright and comfortable.I will definitely be booking again.

Great Apartment

The flat is very clean and is well equipped with all that you need for a great stay. Fiona is a very friendly and helpfull host.The flat is central for bars, restaurants, shops and a five min walk to the beach. A perfect place to stay in Ayr.

Even better in reality than the photos. More spacious than I imagined.

Fiona's place is clean, cute, comfy and well located for a visit to Ayr. It is more spacious than I imaged and beautifully decorated. The beds were super comfy and it is so close to great restaurants and cafe's. Highly recommend her place.

Very Good Apartment

The apartment has the perfect location,no car needed and the style of the apartment has that artist touch which is very nice,everthing you need is there and walking distance to everthing also bus station round the corner for a day trip to many places,Glasgow etc,i have stayed in many in ayr and this 1 is very good.

Beautiful Flat

Had a great stay in this beautiful, spotless and comfortable flat. We had a slight problem with the heating on the Saturday evening and Fiona and her husband came round right away and fixed it in a few minutes. The flat is very central to all the bars and restaurants and 5 mins walk to the beach.

Ayr Wedding stay

Must thank Fiona for the well appointed and comfortable accommodation she provided us with. Was more like staying with a friend than in temporary accommodation. The flat was very well equipped with cleaning products, etc etc. Will certainly recommend this property to our friends.

Barns Street

Overall our stay was very good. Apartment was well stocked with everything that was needed for self catering. The location of the apartment was excellent as was the host Fiona who went the extra mile for us. However my brother found the en-suite shower very small and the basin in the other toilet was very slow to drain the water. Having said that I would certainly consider staying there again.

Excellent home from home

Lovely clean comfortable apartment with great quirky art/decoration, very well equipped and comfy beds. Very central in Ayr so possible to go out without taking the car in the evening or to the beach. Many good golf courses near by.

Ayr and Fiona- a great 5 star match

We loved the apartment and it’s location. A really top notch restaurant (Saffy’s) and fun pub (Wellington’s) just down the street. Beds were really comfortable. And whenever we had questions or needed something, Fiona was incredibly responsive. The letting comes with a parking spot around the corner which is really helpful since the local parking attendants were very vigilant in handing out tickets. We highly recommend this rental.

A very comfortable, very well equipped apartment in a really good location. Very helpful hosts had really thought through the contents of this property, and added some luxurious touches. In our opinion, better than the listing, would highly recommend.

Excellent property

Location very central to beach town etc. Flat beautiful and decor looks like an interior designer had staged flat. Place was immaculate and host amazing with plenty utensils plates dishes to cook your own meals.

Close to the high street in Ayr….three minute walk to Marks and Spencers…lots of great restaurants nearby….easy access to roads and highways….perfect home away from home!
