Great location, lots of space - but outdated

The location ist great and communication with the host Guiseppe was perfect. Unfortunately, the house is dated and needs some major updates, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. Also, the beds were creaking with every movement: that would be an easy fix. No A/C - being the hottest weekend of the year so far, it was great to have toe lower bedrooms that were always nice and cool. Outdoor space is lovely and we enjoyed most of our time right there!

Lage TOP, Haus renovierungsbedürftig

Zuerst die positiven Aspekte: + Lage, Blick + Kommunikation mit Agentur + wunderschön hergerichteter Garten Für uns (7 Erwachsene) Negative Aspekte: - Sauberkeit sehr dürftig (Staub, Spinnweben etc. - als wäre das Haus 2 Jahre nicht bewohnt gewesen) -Gäste-Mülldeponie in der Garage?! - Zu wenig Gläser - sehr(!) alte Küche - Baustelle an 4/7 Tagen direkt vor uns ab 7:00 Uhr wurde nicht kommuniziert - Warmwasser ging plötzlich nicht mehr (wurde aber innerhalb einer Stunde behoben) - Ameisen die aus allen Lücken, Wänden, Türen kamen und sogar IN den Kühlschrank gingen - sehr hellhörige/klapprige Türen und Fenster Alles in allem war das Haus OK, mehr aber nicht. Preis/Leistung passte in unseren Augen nicht. Würde man etwas Geld in Renovierung stecken, könnte das echt ein Traumhaus sein…
