Also a locker with 4 beach chairs, skim boards and assorted beach toys for your use. Only three blocks from Ed Walline Beach access with lots of parking, and two blocks from Gulf Place! Biking, swimming, playing on the beach all day - and the comfort of a new home with brand new bathrooms, bedding and smart TV's with DVR cable and wifi. About Barb Niedergerke, Tres Palmas Mom

Our family lives in Osage Beach, Missouri. We are two-time property owners on 30-A, we previously owned the vacation rental named Little Pirate in Beachside Villas, so we have several years of rental experience and are prepared to make sure you have everything you need while you are with us. When we are not spending our free time at Tres Palmas, we enjoy boating on Lake of the Ozarks, and also going to St Louis Cardinals baseball games.

Why Barb Niedergerke, Tres Palmas Mom chose Santa Rosa Beach

We built our new beach house to suit our desires for a quiet, private home that is a short distance to the ocean, but also close to Gulf Place. We love waking up and walking or biking to Sunrise Coffee Company for breakfast, and we love exploring all of the cool places up and down 30-A! We have been vacationing on 30-A for a long time, in fact Mark has been coming here for over 30 years - before Seaside was Seaside as it is today! We have seen all of the changes over the years and love the area so much, and we are so grateful it has not become over-crowded and remains the idyllic family beach vacation destination that it is!

What makes this house unique

Our home is two levels, but does offer main level living with a bedroom, full bath and laundry with brand new washer and dryer on the first floor. The open living plan allows for a large family to be together and not be crowded during mealtimes, and also offers plenty of bedrooms for you all to comfortably spread out and relax. Three of the bedrooms are equipped with flatscreen smart TV's and HD cable the ground floor room has a flatscreen TV with basic cable, and we also provide wifi for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped and has brand new slate finish GE appliances. In our cottage style beach house you will find hardwood flooring throughout, crown molding, Shaker style cabinets with soft close drawers and doors, granite on all counter tops, beautiful master bath with custom shower and vanity, and much more. Everything is brand new, including furniture, mattresses, bedding and towels. There is a covered deck upstairs and down for two areas for outdoor living, and we are only a block away from the never crowded community pool.

Amazing Quiet Property

The property was perfect. It was in walking distances to the beach & Gulf Place. At Gulf Place you can eat, shop, rent bike & beach gear. Couldn’t have ask for a better place to stay. My 19 yr old daughter loved it and my 13yr old son said he felt right at home and didn’t want to leave. We will be back soon we hope.

Very spacious and accommodating for our whole family.

This is a great house and we enjoyed our stay immensely. We had a couple questions for Barb when we arrived and she was very responsive within just a few minutes and she took care of everything. We would stay here again next time in this area.

Cozy, clean and close to beach

Enjoyed a very pleasant and quiet family spring break at Tres Palmas. Kitchen had everything we needed. Publix grocery very close. We shopped after arriving and cooked all our meals in the house which suited us fine. There is also a handy Mexican grocery on 98 about .3 miles to the left from the access rd to the beach.

Home is as pictured in photos. Very cute little home. Beds comfy and clean.

We drove and parked right next to the public beach access which is 2 min from house to lot. Easy for carrying beach items.
