Great stay, loved the apartment!

Had such a lovely time at Minsters Reach. The apartment was fabulous and had everything we needed. Great location, close to all local amenities and meant we were close enough to eveything to not have to park which is a bonus!!

Perfect location, loved it!

Lovely central location, with a great view of the minster. Apartment was pristine and had everything we needed. communication with staff was also great, nothing too much trouble. Will recommend to anyone wanting somewhere to stay in York.

Spot on location

Great apartment so close to the barwalls. Had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay, was very clean and everything was great. We will certainly return as the location is so excellent

Minsters reach

Great location, apartment was lovely and modern, booking very easy and was kept up to date with all info from booking to leaving. When we arrived the smoke alarm battery was low and beeping and there were no fans as stated. I phoned straight away and the lady I spoke to was lovely, She went to Argos to get a fan and then came straight over. She also replaced the battery in the smoke alarm. Excellent service. Couple of watch outs. The bath is very deep and a bit dangerous when getting out after having a shower. The toilet brush needed changing , and maybe consider putting a dustpan and brush in the apartments. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thanks for a lovely day and the great customer service.

Lovely Property

Great 2 bed apartment in a walled courtyard very close to the city centre. Check in was very easy with great instructions and hosts were very responsive for answering a few of our queries we had. Would return in the future

Great place

Overall - excellent apartment, would highly recommend. Location - was perfect. A quiet area close to the city centre (5 min walk) and not far from a Tesco Local (max 10 min walk). Apartment - high quality in terms of finish. was a well stocked for kitchen crockery and cooking utensils, making it good for self-catering. One thing to note is the need to bring your own shampoo/shower gel (these aren’t provided). The Team - were very helpful, quick to respond and very accommodating to an early check-in request which was greatly appreciated. Big thanks again

Great Location

Great location, very easy to get into York on foot and the apartment welcome book had lots of recommendations. The place itself was clean, warm, furnished wonderfully and was ideal for our weekend break. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this flat! It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was great, and the host was very responsive and helpful. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommend!

Great Stay

Very enjoyable trip visiting York. Apartment very clean and very comfortable. Was really warm and cosy despite the weather outside. Highly recommend these apartments. Really close to the pay and display carpark at Monkbar

A pleasant stay in a perfect location

The location, the furnishings and the finish of this holiday let was perfect. The booking was easy to make and we got speedy responses. The outdoor area was messy with rubbish but I am sure that this was an oversight as everywhere else was tidy and well kept.
