The living area boasts stunning herringbone pattern oak flooring with underfloor heating. The stylish open plan British made kitchen have been designed to complement the living area, finished to the highest standards with quality integrated Neff appliances. The two bedrooms have been thoughtfully designed to provide a well-balanced space with a luxurious carpeted finish and bespoke British made integrated and internally illuminated wardrobes adding a sense of sophistication and luxury. The two bathrooms are fully tiled with large ceramic tiles.

Great location, in a brand new building. Very secure facility. Well appointed kitchen (although no microwave). Lots of space, very clean. Disappointing there is on onsite parking, but there are 3 car parks nearby. Short 10 min walk to the centre of old York.

Fabulous flat in York

Beautiful & well equipped in the kitchen & bathrooms. Clean & smelled so good! The welcome box was fantastic. The washer/dryer combo worked well. Dish & laundry detergent was supplied &large soap, shampoo, & conditioner also supplied. Entire building very secure & five minutes to wall to the train station & bus stops. Rooms are soundproof too. Would stay again. There’s also a nice lift so it’s easy with luggage.
