Luxury bungalow by the sea, for holiday and wintering. For rent and for sale.
Located on the south-west, by the sea. Cooler and cleaner than elsewhere on the island and often enjoy a beautiful sunset.
In the somewhat higher and therefore relatively fresh zone of Quarara. By many residents as swimming and water sports preferred above the sea level Tonnarella, which is often opaque hot. And near a nature reserve and at one of the most beautiful windsurfer areas on the island.
The bungalow is safely and with privacy in the "contrada" San Nicola Dragonara, a few kilometers south of Mazara, as a hamlet belonging to Mazara del Vallo.
Follow the renewed lungomare (coastal road) from Mazara towards Toretta Granitola. Halfway to the left is the water tower. A neat asphalt street a little further left leads to the bungalow about 150 meters from the sea.
The fully furnished bungalow is located at the end of a dead end, paved road. It is quiet, on the sound of the sea after. The house was completely refurbished between 2001 and 2004 and rebuilt with new materials and lava floors under the floor against moisture.
All exterior walls were made with plasterwork and the color of the walls and wooden shutters are in accordance with the requirements of the Sopratindenza. The roof protects against moisture and heat.
And just in the spring of 2019, the garden and the garden fence have been renewed and major maintenance has been completed.
The house is fully double glazed and has a constant temperature of 26 degrees inside the summer. The house has two entrances whose rear entrance is wheelchair-friendly and is further free of threshold.
The master bedroom has air conditioning and the living room has a wood stove that works on compressed blocks of wood with enough capacity to heat the entire bungalow in the winter if necessary.
In 2012, a new boiler was installed and a round shower in the bathroom, with fresh water from the 17-meter deep well in the front garden.
A new connection for drinking water has been installed.
There is a washing machine in the house. In the backyard a foundation has been laid for the construction of a veranda with a drainage system.
There is an original restored pizza oven and a staircase to the 135 m2 roof terrace.
On it is the water tank and the antennas for wifi and TV; there is both Italian and German, English and Dutch television (Canal digital).
The car can be parked on its own lockable terrain.
The weather is pleasant until at least early November. Then it is time for extra maintenance and renewal.
