Welcome to one of the newest townhome community on North Padre Island. Pull right in front to unload and access your rental with a unique lock code we give only to you. This extremely spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath, sleeps 6 comfortable and has all the comforts of home. The master bedroom comes with a king bed and 42" flat screen tv. Kids can enjoy their own space in the new twin size bunk beds, which have built in drawers for storage. The living room has leather couches and a 55" flat screen tv. Sleep two comfortably on a queen size memory foam cabinet bed located in the living room. The kitchen has every small appliance you could need along with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is also a full size washer and dryer for all your laundry needs.

Ready for the beach? Village by the Beach is just that; 1 block from the beach! Grab your beach towels, sunscreen and walk to the beach to enjoy a day in the sun. The island offers horseback riding, Bob Hall Pier and great shops and restaurants. More of a pool person? Village by the Beach is your place once again! Our complex offers a sweet resort style pool for your enjoyment. Pull up a chair to relax, throw down some burgers on the grill and enjoy this amazing pool with family and friends. It's also heated for winter Texans. Need something else to do? Take the family to the newly opened Schlitterbahn water park, just a short 5 minute drive.

Gorgeous place to spend our vacation

Right from when we drove into Village on the Beach we knew it was so much better than a hotel. Pool area was amazing and clean. Our unit was perfect for our week long vacation with 2 kids. Close to beach and all amenities we required. We will definitely be staying here when we visit next year!

Great vacation

My family came into town for a quick vacation and it did not disappoint. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. It's just a short walk or drive to the beach which was also well kept but crowded during spring break. We expected that though. The pool is heated and my kids loved it. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great. A short walk to the beach, a beautiful pool, and anything you would need just a few minute drive to find. Unit was clean except for the fans but we went ahead and cleaned them for the next group. No real issues to complain about.

TS Alberto couldn’t hold us down. We ripped some knarly 7 ft waves stopping mere feet from the sea wall. This place is located perfect for fishing spots, golf cart to beach access, and the pool. Definitely would recommend this humble abode.

Nice Getaway

We wanted to enjoy the beach one last time before the cooler, Fall weather arrived, and this was just the right place to get away for a quick escape. The condo was clean and spacious for it's size, and had modern appliances and décor. Another plus is that it was only a block to the beach. The complex pool felt a little smaller in-person than in pictures, but looked clean and well-maintained. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely look to book again if we come down for another weekend.

Thus place never disappoints us. Everything was great from the property manager to the pool. I love that there is a hose outsode the home so we can rinse off the sand instead of bringing it into the home. The pool is always the best part. Thank you again. See you next time!

Great family condo

We rented this condo for our summer vacation. The pictures helped us decide very quickly to choose this condo. We are a family of 3, our son is almost 2, and we had plenty of room in the condo to have our own space. The pool is a very short walk across the parking lot. We enjoyed the 2 pool options for adults and kids. Our son enjoyed the "adult" pool more since he could jump in. The whole property is clean and didn't make us feel like we were among other families. Inside the condo we felt like we were in our own home. We couldn't hear any traffic from the parking lot, the neighbors, or any other noise outside while in the condo. We really enjoyed staying here and had a great vacation.

Amazing Property! Do Recommend

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in Corpus this past weekend! I spent all week looking for a place for us to stay. All the hotels were booked and I couldn't find the right place for us to stay. After several days of searching through VRBO we came across this property at Village By the Beach. I called the owner and he was happy to help me make the reservation. We arrived on Friday and the condo was amazing! Brand new everything and just a 3 minute walk to the beach. Open floor plan that was beautifully decorated with a nice kitchen. I honestly did not want to leave this place and could see myself living there! If you are on the fence about where to stay, look no further because this is the perfect condo for your weekend family getaway. Thanks Randy and the team for making this a great vacation! We look forward to staying here in the future.

Great location and property for our family with young children

We absolutely love the community this unit is located in because it’s perfect for young children. Our kids love the pools and it’s super close to the beach. The amenities offered in the unit were great! The only negative was the coffee maker didn’t work. The first morning I tried making coffee, lots of water and coffee grounds shot out all over the coffee pot and counter rather than a steady trickle. Other than that, we had no issues. We would definitely stay again, but probably bring our kuerig.
