Magnificent ocean view on the Ocean City, NJ Boardwalk. Two bedrooms: One with a queen bed, one with two twins as well as a queen sofa bed in the living room. One full bath, kitchen, beachfront deck with table and 4 chairs. Second-floor apartment is accessible by stairs only. Walk to pool one block away at a motel. Two parking spaces available. The kitchen has pots and pans, dishes, microwave, and coffee maker. Washer and dryer in the apartment. Saturday to Saturday rentals Mid-May through Mid-October. Beach tags are not provided.

My grandfather purchased the property many years ago and in 2015 we completely renovated the apartment. We continually make small improvements each year to ensure that it is beautiful for our guests every season. It has an amazing view and an unbeatable location. It is truly a special place.

What makes this property unique

You get a private apartment overlooking the beach and boardwalk with access to a pool and assistance from a motel 1 block away. It truly offers everything you could want in an Ocean City, NJ beach vacation. Must be 25 and older to rent unless parents with children. No smoking or parties.
