Excellent location. Unit very clean and well stocked. Host very responsive and attentive to our questions and messages. Beds comfortable. Note: There are two codes required to get in main gate and unit door. Parking is street or garage. This was very clear in all instructions and we used the parking app with no issues. Within walking distance to a wine store and Savannah Coffee.

We booked this room for a girls trip with my friends (4 of us - mid fifties) and it was perfect! We played cards at the table after dining out in Savannah each night. It was a ten minute walk to literally anything we wanted to see in the city which made it an ideal central 'hub' for our long weekend. I rated the 'accuracy of the listing' as a "4" instead of a 5 because the apartment is only accessible from some very steep stairs without a handrail which made it precarious in the rain. Once you input the code you have to shimmy to open the gate. It's also on a very busy street. We would stay there again though and the host was super responsive!

Had a little trouble with the front gate at first but quickly overcame that obstacle. The apartment is lovely, incredibly clean and stocked very well. The location was absolutely perfect! Loved that it had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms but most of all loved that it had an amazing coffee shop across the street. LolAlso, the few times that I talked to the property managers…they were very friendly and helpful!

Charming, great location

We were charmed by this historic property right from the front iron gate. It was very comfortable for a mother / daughter weekend. We were far enough from the main touristy center for peace and quiet, but close enough to easily walk there. This place had everything we needed!
