Relax and unwind in this elegant home in the heart of the landmark historic district. No matter what brings you to Savannah, this property is sure to make you feel right at home. This spacious rental has been recently updated to give you all the modern conveniences while still maintaining it's historic charm. Once you arrive, forget the car, step out the front door and enjoy everything that downtown has to offer, Forsyth park is just around the corner and it's less than a mile walk down to River street.

Spend your mornings with a cup of coffee out on the balcony overlooking Gordon street. Once inside you will find the bright and inviting living room which features a queen size sleeper sofa. Inside the well stocked kitchen, you'll find granite counter tops and stainless appliances along with all the cookery needed to create memorable meals during your stay. Enjoy some quality time around our large dinning table with enough room for everyone.

Down the hall you will find two bedrooms and bathrooms. In the master rest your head on the plush King bed after a busy day of exploring our fabulous city. The adjoining master bath has been updated with a spacious walk in shower. The cheery second bedroom is equipped with a full size bed and flat screen TV. In the hall bath, you will find a tub/shower combo. This unit also comes with those little extras that help to make your stay all the more comfortable including: Washer/Dryer, Iron and Ironing board, outdoor gas grill, hair dryers, blender, Keurig coffee maker and FREE WiFi.

Traveling with pets? We would love to discuss accommodating your four legged family members, but ask that you please contact us before booking to obtain approval for your pets.There is an additional $50 pet fee per pet and any pet bookings made without pre-approval are subject to cancellation.

Parking: There is no dedicated parking for our building, all parking is on-street. We are located in a primarily residential area and parking is typically very easy to find. There are several areas of free parking in close vicinity to the condo (on Gordon across Drayton street and on the streets surrounding Forsyth park). The spaces directly in front of the building are metered. if you wish to park in the metered spaces, a city guest parking pass can be purchased from either the visitors center or the Bryan street parking services office.

"Elegant historic charm, with freshly updated amenities"

Stayed here for a few days, and didn't want to leave! The property is ideally located in the historic section of town, and a close walk to restaurants, museums, and historic squares. Alicia the property manager, made our stay feel personal, and we would stay here again!

Absolutely Fabulous!

This place was fantastic. The location is excellent - easily walkable to anywhere in the historic district, no car needed! Alicia was quick to respond to any questions we had, which is always appreciated.

The accommodations were superb - plenty of space for our family of 5. The condo has all the necessary conveniences, so if you do spend more time "at home" you will find everything you need. If we come back (or I should say, WHEN!) we will definitely try to stay here again.

Beautiful Apartment, Perfect Location

My husband and I, and our small dog, spent three nights at this beautiful apartment in downtown Savannah. The rooms were spacious and clean, the bed very comfortable. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. And the location is fantastic! We walked to all the places we wanted to visit - Forsyth Park, the Riverway, grocery store and Crystal Beer Palace. The famous Mercer Williams house is a block away. Parking is on the street but we never had a problem when we did take our car out and there were always open spots. Alicia was very responsive. Thank you for sharing this great apartment with us. We hope to come back.

In the Bullseye - A Winner!

My wife and I spent a little over a month here, spanning January and February. We loved it.

What a vantage point it was for exploring Savannah! Many sites are within a block or three away, and Savannah's free DOT shuttle has a stop nearby at the corner of Whittaker and Gaston. The shuttle is an easy way to get to either River Street or the far end of Forsyth Park if you don't feel like walking there and/or back.

The apartment is clean, quiet, and very tastefully furnished. It lacks only a second bedside table in the master bedroom (sorry but I gotta have that Ipad/cellphone nearby and charging) I improvised with two suitcases. The kitchen has all the mod cons - excellent cookware, china, glassware, Keurig coffee maker. We easily prepared our own meals. And Kroger's is close by.

The configuration of the unit is such that two couples could share it with a high degree of privacy. A door closes off the back (master) bedroom and bathroom, separating it from a second bedroom and second adjacent bathroom. The master bedroom bed had a comfortable mattress. We didn't use the second bedroom.

The Wifi in the master bedroom was not sufficient for streaming, however was easily remedied. I obtained a Wifi range extender from Amazon (Netgear AC750 - $39), plugged it in near the back bathroom. Problem solved. I passed on this information to Alicia and presume it will not be an issue for future renters.

Parking was never a problem and we always had a space either in front of the apartment or directly across the street. You need to move the car once a week (Tues) for street sweeping. With a monthly rental, you can obtain a permit for the month for $47. For a shorter duration, parking is about $7 day or about $35 a week. Do be aware that the curbside palm trees have berries, and the birds will eventually do a Jackson Pollock on your car..

The only issue I found was minor and possibly seasonal. In winter, the forced air heating makes for dry air which can be uncomfortable. The heating ducts in the rear bedroom are located high in the wall opposite the bed, hence if you like to read in bed, the slight breeze on your face when the blower is on may dry your eyes. I found I needed some lubricating eye drops.

Any critical comments I've noted were only to indulge my inner Simon Cowell. I would not hesitate to recommend this rental to friends or family. It made for a terrific vacation. And, oh yeah, our beagle gives a woof and a shout out to Monterey Square.

Our Favorite Place

Love the condo and Alicia's hospitality. Our favorite place to stay in Savannah. Very centrally located in Historic Savannah. Can easily walk to Forsyth Park and Broughton street's shopping district. The condo is exceptionally clean and well-appointed. Large and comfortable bedrooms and beds. Feels more like a home than a rental.

Great condo!

Nice condo and great location. Parks are close by and within walking distance of River St. But wear comfortable shoes!
