Luxury villa with private pool near Nazaré

Luxury villa located in a rural area between São Martinho do Porto and Nazaré, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, seating for 7 pers. In the large living room you will find a comfortable sitting area, TV and you have a nice view of the terrace and the swimming pool. The open kitchen is equipped with all modern comfort, dishwasher, washing machine, ... The bedroom on the ground floor has an en-suite bathroom. The 2 bedrooms on the first floor have a shared bathroom and access doors to the spacious sun terrace (55 m2). From the roof terrace you have a beautiful view of the surroundings. In the garden you can relax in the sun loungers and enjoy a good book and a nice drink. The swimming pool (7x3 m) is out of sight of the street and provides the necessary cooling during the hot summer days.
