Apartment sleeps 4 in a company (which includes two other apartments). This ground floor annexe, located next to the pool, consists of 2 double bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette and 2 bathrooms. It is a short distance from Lake Montepulciano (the nearest town of Castiglione del Lago, about 8 km). The swimming pool (6m x 12m) is surrounded by lawn, enjoys views of vineyards and olive groves and is available to the three apartments, as well as the barbecue and washing machine. Free WI-FI. Small nearby villages provide shopping services.

Schitterende goed onderhouden tuin, zwembad en vooral uitzicht. Eigenaar zeer attent en behulpzaam. Eventuele probleempjes worden direct opgelost. Woning zelf heeft wel wat extra aandacht nodig.
