The home is breathtakingly beautiful
We had 9 couples staying for a softball tournament. The house was very large and accommodating. Everyone was quite impressed with the space the home provided. It included everything we needed to complete our stay from sheets & towels to dishes. Even a few yard games. The decks had plenty of seating to enjoy each other’s company as well. There’s a quaint little pond on the backside of the property and plenty of wildlife throughout. Very quiet and rural area. However, Grocery stores were only about 20 minutes out. We had a great time!
Stunning home, very spacious, perfect
Our family was in crofton for a wedding at Burdoc Farms. This was a great location close to our venue! This home has alot of privacy, an absolutely amazing yard and many decks to sit and enjoy each others company. Home is FULLY furnished, all u need is clothes, food and laundry detergent to be right at home!! Enough dishes and pans to make a big meal for the whole group! The owners are very accomodating. I would most definetly stay here again!!!
Incredible family reunion
We needed a place to host a very rare family reunion which included visits to old family cemeteries and mansions. This home provided the perfect communal setting for our family. It was stunning and the entire family was so overwhelmed and impressed with its comfort capacity and facilitation of family memories. Thank you so much for hosting us.
Beautiful home and setting for our family vacation
We all agreed that the pictures on the website did not do this home justice. It was large enough to easily accommodate the eleven of us. The bedrooms were large and the bedding was wonderful. The game room was a great place for the grandkids to have fun together; and the the upstairs had great seating for meal times and games and conversation.
There was great communication before and after our visit with the property manager and owner.
The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook some great meals.
We made several visits into Crofton to shop at the two Amish food stores and the meat market. We spent a day at the Pennyrile Forest State Resort Park; visited Hopkinsville several times to shop and walk around the downtown area; visited the Casey Jones Distillery (well worth the visit); had a wonderful family dinner at DaVinci's Little Italian Restaurant in Hopkinsville (be sure to call for reservations); and took advantage of the beautiful outdoor areas on the property to play lawn games.
This home was probably the best one that we have rented for one of our family vacations. The property is well cared for and was very clean.
A beautiful place for our family to stay before our son's wedding. The amenities and property is just as (or better than) described. The only negative is the way sound carries throughout the house from the main level but it would not prevent us from returning. Also the gravel driveway is not for low-riding vehicles. The owners have done a fantastic job of stocking items, such as extra toothbrushes, body soap/shampoo, etc. There are plenty of yard games as well as the home theater, air hockey table, arcade game, playing cards, chess, etc. The screened porch keeps the bugs at bay while enjoying the outdoors. Wonderful! Wonderful! Wonderful!
Wonderful setting for our family wedding weekend!
Impressive place! All 5 of my siblings with 3 generations all gathered for the weekend to celebrate my oldest son's wedding. The house offered plenty of space to gather our large, boisterous bunch but lots of spots for quiet conversations, too. We hosted breakfast for 35-40 wedding guests this morning after the wedding. Love and laughter everywhere! Best of all, my son and new daughter-in-law loved it! I highly recommend this spot for any group gathering.
