In Cala Gavetta, in the heart of the marina, in the center of the village, nice apartment, new. Composed of two bedrooms, lounge and large veranda, it has a double exposure. In the surroundings there are bars, restaurants and all kinds of commercial activities.
The house consists of a large living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, one with a balcony and the other overlooking the large terrace, 1 bathroom and a large service compartment. The apartment is completed by a huge covered terrace that can be enjoyed in any season. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, equipped with every comfort (air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher). Bed linen and towels are also provided.
