Chalet di montagna con 3 camere da letto a 2 miglia da Smuggler's Notch con vista sulle montagne, ponti multipli e sala giochi. Accoglienza e fascino per antonomasia. 8 posti letto, due camere da letto al secondo piano, una con bagno di servizio, balcone e letto matrimoniale. La seconda camera da letto al piano superiore dispone di letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli. Bagno completo e terza camera da letto al piano principale. Casa completamente rifatta con nuovi elettrodomestici da cucina. Finito di uscire dal livello inferiore con shuffleboard, biliardino, sistema di gioco dell'hockey e lancio del sacco a sacco. Nota: veicolo invernale del Vermont suggerito (4wd, AWD, buone nevicate o borchie).

Perfect location for Smugglers Notch

We chose this home because of the location for a family snowboarding trip to Smugglers Notch and could not have been happier. The resort was a quick 5 minute drive away which made going back and forth so easy. Our kids loved the game room in the basement and we spent a lot of time down there. There was plenty of space and the house had every thing we needed for our 5 day stay. Diane was so helpful and made sure that we knew where to go and what to do. We will definitely be back.

Home away from home

We were thrilled with Smugglers' Notch Chalet! It was very clean, had everything we needed (and more). The location was beautiful! The chalet was exactly as presented on the website. We'll be back!

Anniversary trip

This place is more suited for families than a couple on a romantic getaway. The fireplace was the best part of this chalet. We did enjoy the game room a bit too, but some updating would definitely bring this place up to 5 stars for me. Great location!

Great Place for a Winter Getaway

My family (me, my spouse and our two adult children) had a great time staying at the Notch Chalet. It was a cozy and comfortable experience, with all the amenities we needed. The only downside was the drive to Stowe, which was 34 miles instead of 8 miles because the Notch Road (VT 108) closes in the winter. But the house was great, all the appliances were fairly new, clean, and in great shape. The game room in the basement was awesome. We hope to come back sometime during the summer or fall to enjoy the outdoors and the views from the house.

Great Stay

Really enjoyed our stay in this well equipped house. The location is wonderful and both the host and property manager were terrific in answering all of our questions. We hope to return next summer to enjoy it all again.

Everything Exactly As It Was Supposed To Be

We had a great time. The chalet was exactly as advertised. No surprises. Beautiful setting. Conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. Comms with owners and property manager were flawless and warm. We were here for a family reunion, and we will stay here again the next time. Do not hesitate--book this place.

Lovely, clean cabin

We had a great time here for a Thanksgiving weekend getaway. The cabin was well appointed and clean. The kids loved the game room in the basement and sledding on the hill out front!

Great location

Views were amazing, tucked away in a quiet location that provided the perfect relaxed environment. House was wonderful and had to pry the kids away from all the activities. Hosts were checking in to ensure all was going well which I appreciated.

Fantastic House and stay

Our family had a wonderful time in Vermont and at the Notch Chalet. Every night the kids played downstairs while we relaxed by the fire! Loved all the comforts and quietness of the home.

Perfect Stay - Beautiful Views

We loved our stay at the Notch Chalet! Accommodations were comfortable for 7 adults, Chalet was clean and well-stocked, view from the main deck and master BR deck was beautiful. Surrounding area residential and quiet. Country stores and eateries close by. Communication with Will and Beth was easy. Area had received 1+ foot of snow the day before our arrival but the driveway was plowed and a path shoveled to the front door. We'd love to come again!!

Great place!

The chalet is great, and an awesome location about 5 minutes from the lifts at Smuggs. Unit was spotless and really well appointed, and Diane, the property manager, was very friendly and helpful. Kids were psyched with the game room downstairs! Will definitely stay again.

Great little getaway

We loved our family time spent here! It is a beautiful location, and loved how the house was nestled back in the trees with views of smugglers notch! The sunrise from the top balcony was spectacular. The kids loved the game room in the basement. Had a blast and would definitely stay here again!

Great for families

Cannot say enough good things about this property and the location. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet. The kids loved sledding and the game room. The close proximity to smuggs is great. Property is very well stocked and well taken care of.

The property is very comfortable and well equipped.

Our family had a wonderful winter getaway in VT. The Chalet Notch is 5 mins down the road from Smugglers Notch Ski Resort, and made for a perfect home for the family ski trip. Thank you very much!

Wonderful Getaway

This property exceeded expectations in hosting my family! The cleanliness of the house and thoughtful amenities really provided a great time--from the game room to everything you could possibly need in a kitchen. The location was excellent--close to town for basic shopping and dining out and a fantastic drive through the notch nearby. The host provided thorough information for check in and check out, and I certainly hope to return to this wonderful property in the future!

Perfect place to stay for a Smuggs weekend

The chalet was awesome and just as advertised. Was the perfect place for a Smugglers notch trip. It is unbelievably close to the mountain, the chalet is so so cozy, but still roomy. The basement is tons of fun, and we had a blast playing many games from our childhood. Was exactly what we wanted and expected out of a ski house getaway weekend for some all day riding and then a relaxing night after.

We recently purchased The Notch Chalet to have a base of operations for potential retirement and to spend time with my son and daughter who live in the area. Shane and his wife and two girls live almost across the street and are owners of Knee Deep Farm (an organic vegetable farm). If you stand on the front deck, you can see their fields and see if they are working. Kelly, husband (both teachers) and son live in Plattsburgh, NY (a short 1.5 hour drive from the Notch Chalet. As a result of many ski trips and family visits (did I mention 3 grandchildren) to the area we also fell in love with the Vermont lifestyle and look forward to spending time at the Notch Chalet with family.

We fell in love with the property the moment we saw it. We had been searching for a home in the area to be near family and missed the first opportunity to purchase the Notch Chalet. When advised that the property was back on the market, we jumped on it. The home is perched on a hill with spectacular mountain views and convenient to several ski resorts in the winter and provides unlimited enjoyment in the Spring, Summer and Fall. The location provides access to skiing, disk golf , mountain biking, kayaking, hiking, antiquing, Burlington, Montreal, horseback riding: you name it. Or you can just sit on the deck and relax. The home has been recently upgraded with new kitchen appliances, baths, flooring, washer and dryer. The home is very clean and comfortable with all the comforts of home.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Recently upgraded kitchen and baths with a walk out lower level game room. In the winter the property is only 2 miles from Smugglers Notch and when the Notch Rd. is open, 8 miles to Stowe. Walk to the Red Fox, a local restaurant with good food, bar and entertainment.
