nicely furnished, sandy beaches, Marzamemi, restaurants, panoramic terrace
A modern apartment by the sea, just 70 m from a beautiful sandy beach and 100 meters from the centre of Marzamemi, a truly picturesque fishing village with an harbour with colourful fishing boats, a promenade with delicious seafood restaurants and pizzerias, and a large square where Sicilians enjoy evening strolls.
Casa Cinzia has a spacious balcony overlooking the sea and the small stone dike in front of the house. Thanks to a great sliding door as big as the whole living room, the sea is clearly present in the apartment. The apartment is approximately 65m2 and it is located on the second and last floor of a building with no elevator (about 30 steps). It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet and a bright living room with dining table, air-conditioning, lounge and open kitchen. There is also internet available.
The combination of lovely beaches, sea views, new interior and the picturesque Marzamemi around the corner will ensure you a comfortable stay, even in winter. Parking is available on the street.
The tradition of all marine products is still very much alive in Marzamemi today. Only recently the village has become a popular destination for Italians who enjoy the combination of the area’s natural beaches and the vibrancy of an authentic coastal village.
Marzamemi has many restaurants, pizzerias and shops selling delicious local products such as locally caught and processed tuna and swordfish or the famous cherry tomatoes from nearby Pachino.
- San Lorenzo which lies 2 kilometres to the north of Marzamemi and marks the beginning of one of the most beautiful stretches of the Sicilian coast;
- The baroque town of Noto. Take a stroll on his main street, perhaps with a nice ice cream!
- ‘Vendicari’ natural reserve, with sandy dunes, ancient tuna factory and a great variety of Mediterranean flora and fauna;
- The prehistoric caves in Pantalica;
- Portopalo/Capo Passero, the most southerly tip of Sicily;
- The romantic town of Syracuse;
- Modica and Ragusa Ibla.

We provide you with transparent information and true pictures. What you see is exactly what you get. We will advise you as much as we can about travel info, transfers and car rental. Dinners in villas and other extra services can also be arranged. Finally, our prices are final rates! There are no hidden additional costs. We are flexible with your arrivals and departures and if you need a late check-in this is usually possible.

Beautiful fishing village, wonderful sea views.
Really enjoyed Marzememi. Easy to find the apartment. Well equipped, would have liked a washing machine.
In Marzamemi this is a good option
Magnificent view of the sea. Pleasant noise of the sea. Parking at the end of the street is free of charge. The apartment is on the second floor and sometimes you can hear very beautiful birds singing on the roof in the morning.
Amazing stay in Marzamemi
We loved our stay at the place in Marzamemi. The key holder was vey friendly & helpful, the place was amazing and refreshing (even though it was a little warm) and the town was lovely!
Just as described on the website ... magical 😁
We arrived at Marzamemi and contacted Pino (very easy to do via mobile, text or email) to say we were here slightly earlier and if apartment was free before 4pm could he contact us. We sat down to lunch overlooking the harbour and Pino contacted us to say it was ready. We arranged to meet an hour later (allowing us to finish lunch & walk to apartment). On arrival we were greeted and so touched to find a Happy Wedding and bottle of Prosecco, large melon & looking up an amazing view.
The apartment was as described and walking distance to the square. It truly is a magical place. We enjoyed eating out and also eating in the apartment, with a glass of wine on the balcony overlooking the sea.
On the day we'd been married a week, we were sat in the square eating and spotted a wedding was due to take place at the local church. When the bride arrived we got to see her and more amazing her enterance song was the same as mine. A truly romantic & magical moment for us.
There is a shop selling milk, a selection of hams, salami, cheeses and olives. Absolutely fantastic. The owner apologised for not speaking English, but we apologised in italian for not speaking good enough Italian. Everyone we met was very helpful and kind.
I would recommend hiring a car. Parking is available in a little square, but we found parking at the end of the road easy to get in / out of spaces.
Guilia the owner has been fantastic since contacting last year. With advice and it's been much appreciated.
We could go on talking about the apartment, place and surrounding areas for ages, but, we think it's better to say ... Go and you will not be disappointed and like us will be going back again.
Thank you 😁

perfect situation on sea front.
Arrived to lively seaside village festival for May 1st. . Lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance but only one shop for fresh food. Luckily there was a van for fresh fruit and veg which visited daily but nowhere to buy fresh meat or fish. Beach wasn't yet cleared of seaweed so drove most days to different beaches in Vendicari National Park. Beautiful. Saw flamingos too. Walked for miles along unspoilt coastline. Apartment well equipped for cooking. Full oven, 4 gas hobs, huge fridge freezer. Double bed is actually 2 singles pushed together and not very comfortable but otherwise everything was good. WiFi excellent too. Thank you for a memorable stay.
Great location and clean. Lacked basics like toilet rolls etc and the electric kept tripping out.
Had a great time and Marzamemi was lovely. Very quiet but very relaxing.
Thank you for your feedback. We will improve the provision of basics products for future stay. Please be aware of not using too many electrical devices at the same time, this may cause a power cut. In case this happens, there will be instruction in the house about where to reset the electricity.
Marzamemi is an ancient fishing village in the extreme South-East of Sicily with a small port and vividly painted boats. The tradition of all things marine is still very much alive in Marzamemi today. Only recently has it become a popular destination for Italians who enjoy the combination of the area’s natural beaches and the vibrancy of an authentic coastal village. The village boasts many restaurants, pizzerias and shops selling delicious local produce such as locally caught and processed tuna and swordfish or the famous cherry tomatoes from nearby Pachino. San Lorenzo, 2 km up north, marks the beginning of one of the most beautiful stretches of the Sicilian coast. Here the shore is characterised by golden sand beaches, turquoise seas and white limestone rocks. San Lorenzo borders on the natural reserve of ‘Vendicari’. Here you’ll find a breathtaking variety of Mediterranean flora and fauna, exotic beaches and Byzantine ruins. Other Activities: Visiting Noto, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Syracuse and Roman Mosaics of Villa Tellaro
