Casa Coco es una casa en el mejor contexto concebible en esta parte de Sicilia. La casa está ubicada dentro de la Residencia San Lorenzo. Un lugar con amplios bulevares, acceso directo a una hermosa playa, pero sobre todo, un paraíso de jardines bien cuidados, con césped, flores y palmeras. San Lorenzo es un balneario con casas bajas y amplias playas de arena. La reserva costera VENDICARI está a aproximadamente 1 km y también se puede llegar caminando por la playa. El pueblo costero de Marzamemi está a unos 2 km.

Al lado de la casa hay un camino que conduce directamente a la playa. La casa consta de una habitación con dos camas individuales, una habitación doble, dos baños (uno sin ducha) y un amplio salón con cocina, chimenea, sala de estar y mesa de comedor. También hay una ducha al aire libre. El salón conduce a la terraza con vistas al mar. Alrededor de la casa hay un hermoso césped.

We really enjoyed the house and the amazing garden with the privacy it provides. It's perfectly located for a fantastic beach holiday with kids. The owners of the house were really great and very forthcoming. Small downside is that there is only one restaurant in the San Lorenz holiday village, which we found rather expensive and not that nice. But by car you can easily reach Marzamemi and other closeby villages and have a great choice of food. We would always come back.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Coco. The place is perfect for a family of four (kids are 7 and 11). San Lorenzo beach is practically on the doorstep and the nearby village Marzamemi is lovely in the evenings. We stayed at the end of October but the weather was very warm and so was the sea. We found Casa Coco was very clean and well kept. The gardens, including the vegetable patch, were well kept. We also found that Casa Coco was in a great location to explore all of South East Sicily, and we made day trips to Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Ortigia, Noto, Spiaggia Calamosche, and Cavagrande Del Cassibile.

The villa is very green with many flowers. The Sea is nearby, two minutes walk. There are paid and free beaches. Entrance to the sea with stones, but special slippers are not needed. The beach is normal for kids. But the sand on the free beach is dirty (seaweed, a bit of trash). There are some food in the paid beach San Lorenzo (tasty pizza, pasta). We went to eat to Marzameni three times (10 minutes by car). We cooked at villa. There are all necessary tableware at the villa. We went to buy food in EuroSpin near Pachino (10 minutes by car). A car is essential for living in the villa. Parking is free near the villa. We liked a little shop near the residence. We could buy the fresh eggs, riccota, bread, cheese. There are umbrella, 3 chairs for the beach and kids toys at villa. I advice to stay at the villa with children. It's a fantastic place.

We visited San Lorenzo several times before and we wanted a house on the beach. This little house surrounded by garden is very close to the beach in very nice area, and it has everything what you need. A small kitchen, as we love to cook, nice living room, small and nice garden, but first of all - several possibilities to sit outside. This is what we appreciated very much. We also liked to use the shower outside - it was very practical. We enjoyed the quiet place, the sky full of stars, lots of birds singing in the morning, and beautiful sea. You need a car to visit places around, there ia a very small supermarket nearby, where you will find the basic things you might need and there are very nice people who run it. ( We were looking for mascarpone in the morning and the lady ordered it immediately, so we could have it in the afternoon) We think, the house is suitable (ideal) for a family with 2 children, as there is one bedroom with double bed for parents and another one is suitable more for children than for adults. We have spent a very nice time in our little house. Lot of thanks to Francesca - beautiful and very kind lady. We would love to come back! Gracie!

Beau séjour dans la villa coco belle plage à 50 mètres , parfait pour les enfants. À 10 min en voiture de Marzamemi pour une balade en soirée et restaurants. Calme, nécessité une voiture pour se déplacer et faire courses. Belle maison, bien équipée ???? Merci aux hôtes pour leur accueil

Casa meravigliosa con accesso diretto alla splendida spiaggia di San Lorenzo, proprietaria gentilissima ci ha fatto sentire come a casa, posizione perfetta per raggiungere i paesini vicini anche solo per un gelato dopo cena. Vacanza davvero perfetta, con bambini ancora di più!! Consigliatissimo.

Positiv: - Sehr schönes Haus mit sehr schönem Garten - zwei kleine Terrassen jeweils mit Esstisch - Freundliche Vermieter - Gute Lage: Mit dem Auto erreicht man viele interessante und schöne Orte Negativ: - Keinerlei Unterstützung oder Service. (Wir brauchten einen weiteren Bettbezug, da es im Ehebett nur eine große Bettdecke gibt, und da wurde uns wurde gesagt, dass das nicht möglich sei.) - Küchenausstattung schlecht (Drei Kaffeemaschinen, alle alt und ein bisschen oll, dass der Kaffe nicht schmeckt. (Wir haben eine neue Maschine gekauft, aber wieder mitgenommen.) Kein scharfes Messer, kein Backblech im Ofen, nur eine Pfanne etc. Geschirr musste vor Nutzung nochmal gespült werden.) Wissenswert: - Es gibt ein automatisches Bewässerungssystem. Das bringt schöne Pflanzen und frischen Salat im Garten. (Aber auch Mücken). - Haus liegt in einer Feriensiedlung. Im April waren wir dort das einzige bewohnte Haus (unter ca. 50 - 100 Häusern). Fazit: Es ist ein wirklich schönes Haus, nur ist der hohe Preis unangemessen, da es keinerlei Unterstützung und eine knappe Ausstattung gibt.

Wir (Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern) haben Ende September eine wirklich schöne Woche in diesem gemütlichem Häuschen mit gepflegtem Garten verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit Giulia, die das Haus vermittelt, und mit Giovanna, die die Hausübergabe gemacht hat, verlief unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Giovanna hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und auf Nachfragen prompt reagiert. Da sie selbst allerdings 120km entfernt wohnt, empfiehlt es sich, besondere Anliegen vorab bzw. direkt bei Übergabe zu besprechen. Das Haus liegt in einer abgeschlossenen Ferienhausanlage und die meisten anderen Ferienhäuser scheinen privat als Sommerresidenzen von pensionierten Italienern genutzt zu werden, wodurch ein eher familiärer Eindruck entsteht. Die Nähe zum langen, flachen Sandstrand (1-2 Minuten Fußweg) hat uns positiv überrascht und war für uns mit zwei kleinen Kindern perfekt! Die vielen kommerziellen Lidos am Strand von San Lorenzo sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, wir haben jedoch auch immer ein Plätzchen auf den freien Strandabschnitten gefunden. 1 km nördlich von der Unterkunft beginnt das wunderschöne Vendicari Naturreservat mit traumhaft schönen und zumindest Ende September fast menschenleeren Stränden. Das Häuschen ist gemütlich und einladend eingerichtet, die Betten sind bequem und am schönsten sind die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten auf den wunderschönen Terrassen, teilweise mit Blick aufs Meer! Das schmale Kinderzimmer mit ca. 8qm und 2 Betten ist für Kinder gut geeignet. Die Küchenausstattung ist funktional, müsste jedoch zum Teil ergänzt bzw. ausgetauscht werden. Insgesamt haben wir uns in Giovannas Ferienhaus sehr wohlgefühlt und würden uns freuen, wieder einmal dort unseren Urlaub zu verbringen!

Die Unterkunft lebt nur von der sehr schönen Terasse, Garten und von der Nähe zum Meer. Der Standard ist sehr einfach gehalten und dafür für Anfang September zu teuer. Das Kinderzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten ist wirklich winzig. Die Bucht ist leider nicht mehr das, was sie mal war. Vollgestellt mit Sonnenschirmen und Liegen. Selbst das bisschen spiaggia libera haben die Eigentümer der Villen sich jeweils einen Sonnenschirm eingebuddelt. Unglaublich! Eigentümer sind sehr nett!

Relax perfetto!

Io mio marito e mio figlio di quasi 3 anni abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Coco per quasi 2 settimane. La casa è ampia e ariosa, con un bel giardino curatissimo. C'è una doccia calda esterna comodissima. La casa è vicinissima al mare e il residence ha accesso sia a una spiaggia libera che al lido attrezzato San Lorenzo. La spiaggia è la più bella della zona con acqua trasparente e bassa, ideale per i bambini. In casa abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per il nostro soggiorno e i proprietari si sono dimostrati molto gentili e disponibili. Considerando il costo della casa, un po’ di manutenzione ordinaria sarebbe necessaria, ma piccole cose che non impediscono di godersi una meravigliosa vacanza. La zona è molto comoda sia per visitare Marzamemi, che si trova a pochi km che Noto.

Traumhafte Oase

Wir kamen aufgrund eines Flughafenstreiks in Italien einen Tag verspätet in unserem Urlaubsdomizil an. Etwas gestresst durch Umbuchung und dazu noch Kofferverlust, wurden wir ganz herzlich von Giovanna empfangen, mit ihr mussten wir die Schlüsselübergabe um einen Tag verschieben, was ganz unproblematisch mit sms vonstatten ging. Der warme Empfang und das schöne Haus und Garten hat uns sofort allen Stress vergessen lassen. Rund um das Haus ist ein Garten mit blühenden Pflanzen u.a. in Töpfen geschmackvoll gestaltet. Ringsherum ist eine Hecke, so dass man eine totale Privatsphäre hat. Das innere des Hauses ist sehr persönlich und modern eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich als ob man zu Besuch bei Freunden wäre. Töpfe, Pfannen und Geschirr gab es reichlich in der Küche und das Schönste war die DeLonghi Kaffeemaschine mit Pads oder frisch gemahlenem Kaffee wunderbar. Von der Terrasse blickt man aufs Meer und wenn man Lust hat hineinzuspringen, geht man kurz den kleinen Privatweg zum Strand, schwimmt eine Runde und legt sich wieder auf die Liege. Wir sind über den Strand nach Marzamemi gelaufen ca. 45 Min. (ein Weg), schöner Spaziergang. Zum Essen sind wir mit dem Auto gefahren ca. 15 Min., kleine Straße durch Felder und Ferienanlagen. Marzamemi ist ein schöner Ort, wo man toll Fisch essen kann und am Meer sitzt. Die Essenstipps auf TripAdvisor haben sich als sehr gut erwiesen. Ansonsten haben wir schöne Ausflüge in den Süden nach Marina die Modica sowie nach Noto, Syrakus und Taormina gemacht. Die Straßen bzw. Autobahnen waren gut zu fahren und nicht voll und Zahlstationen gab es auch nur einmal als wir nach Taormina gefahren sind 2x 0,70€ Es war unsere erste Reise nach Sizilien und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen, auch weil wir die Sizilianer als besonders freundlich kennengelernt haben. Gelungenes Gesamtpaket

Nettes Ferienhaus in Strandnähe mit sehr schönem Garten. Prima für Kinder. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, wir fühlten uns direkt willkommen. Nur im Haus gibt es einen gewissen Sanierungsbedarf.

Schöne Villa, tolle Lage direkt am Strand

Wir haben soeben 1 Woche mit 3 Kindern in dieser sehr stilvoll eigerichteten Villa verbracht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt; schöner Garten, mehrere Möglichkeiten draußen zu sitzen, in 1 Minute waren wir zu Fuß am Strand und nicht paar weiteren auf dem sehr kinderfreundlichen San Lorenzo Strand (mit gutem Essen und Getränken). Praktische Außendusche mit warmen Wasser. Das Haus steht in einer geschlossenen Residenz, so dass Kinder nicht auf die Straße laufen können. Die herrlichen Blumen überall haben unsere Augen jeden Tag aufs Neue erfreut. Sehr herzliche Eigentümer.

la Villetta fa parte del Residence San Lorenzo vicinissimo dell'omonima spiaggia ( circa 150 mt). La casa è in una posizione magnifica con dalla quale si intravede il mare .Molto bella la veranda con sdrai e tavoli x godersi i vari momenti della giornata . Giardino curato con doccia esterna. La casa è molto bella e dotata di ogni comfort per una vacanza indimenticabile . Sicuramente da tornarci . I proprietari molto ospitali e disponibili .Il residence è inoltre riservato ai soli residenti e in cancello automatico con custode ne garantisce la sicurezza . Ottimo giudizio .Punto mare molto bello. A circa 4 km percorrendo la spiaggia si raggiunge la riserva Vendicari , mentre a 2 km circa il borgo di Marzamemi. Posizione strategica!!
