About this property
Beautiful gite for two, close to Eymet with wonderful pool and impressive views.
The gite at La Catusse has been recently (2016/17) renovated being part of the old barn. It has a generous, open plan living/kitchen (50m2) area that opens out on to a private terrace with stunning views towards the local village Bourgougnague. The living area has a wood burning stove and has newly purchased, comfortable furnishings including an "occasional use" sofa bed. The fully equiped kitchen has all that is required including a table and 4 chairs. A door leads through to the bedroom (3.8x3.4m), with a kingsize bed and ample storage for clothes, and from here you access the en-suite wet room with shower.There is direct access to the 10 x 5m pool through a magnificent arched doorway.

What makes this property unique
When we were looking for holiday accommodation in France we really struggled to find nice places that also had a pool that were only for 2 people. The gite at La Catusse is unusual as it has access to the wonderful pool - this is a rare find for a property with an occupancy for 2 people.
