Clean/Comfort and fully stocked and ready for a standout, fun filled Florida vacation. A true home away from home.
Furnished and decorated with your comfort in mind! The Queen Bed is covered with a soft comforter and a variety of four pillows... sleeps like a dream. The Serta sofa can be converted to a full size bed that rivals a standard mattress for comfort- no lumpy pull-outs here! The 38" flat screen has extended cable package and Wi-Fi internet is always on at no charge. The lift top coffee table does double duty as computer table or as an effective workspace. Dining/game table for some competitive fun has 4 games to choose from. Unit has beach towels, chairs, cooler and even sunscreen. The kitchenette has a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven, sandwich press and a Kureig coffee maker. The patio bonus is an electric grill.

Perfect little place

This was the second time staying on the property. I really like the decor. Clean and comfortable. Has a nice little kitchen area with 2 refrigerators. comfortable bed. Very close to I-95. highly recommend.

This studio is in a great location in PGA Village. The studio is neat, clean and wonderfully stocked with everything you could think of! While the studio is small, it is perfect for one or two people, and Julia has really made sure you will have everything you need. Having laundry facilities just outside the unit was a huge help - and laundry was free!

Overall a good place to stay for a few days

Me and my gf stayed here for two days for a job interview I had here. Not to big but still enough room for two people. Grill was a nice touch. The comforter on the bed could you keep your warm in a blizzard. So if you get hot easy I recommend to use just the sheet. Not a problem with the room though.

Everything we needed

We have never been in a place that had everytime from the kitchen sink to Q-Tips. All you would need for the pool or beach but a bathing suit. Kitchen was so stocked the only thing missing was the steak. Two refrigerators, micro wave and toaster oben. Bathroom had everything. Shaving, tooth brush and paste, contac solutiona and case etx....

It was a nice stay

This was a nice but small studio, smaller than it looks in photos but adequate for two people. The code/lock on the door did not work the first night (got to the place at 8 pm). It was very frustrating as we traveled all day from the West Coast and were tired, hot and hungry. Owner unlocked the door remotely but it was 10 pm before we got into the place. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.
