The property is situated on a hill, from where you can enjoy complete privacy and spectacular panoramic views. The house is built on two levels in a modern and functional style. With large bright rooms and outdoor views from anywhere in the house.
The lower floor is divided into a spacious setting. Here you will find the living room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with bathroom, 1 double room without bath, toilet and laundry.
Upstairs, the master suite with stunning views from the large windows, a spacious full bathroom with tub and shower. The suite also features a large dressing room.
Outside the house are spacious terraces and the infinity pool with a size of 4x20 m. Garden furniture and hammocks are available. Here you can rest and enjoy the privacy of an absolutely beautiful Majorcan nights with a wonderful, cooked dinner on the grill fire.
The property is located on a 18,000 sqm plot with an area of 460 m². Throughout the ground floor and exterior there is disabled access. It is located in a privileged area in the south of the island of Majorca, with a beautiful view over the whole valley.
