Prestigious villa surrounded by a large pine forest. The villa with 2000 square meters of outdoor spaces is spread over terraces and has private access to the pine forest, from a small path you get to the sea. Ideal geographical context, quiet, the studio of 45 sqm is part of a large villa, consisting of a living room with built-in kitchen + double sofa bed, full bathroom with shower, mezzanine with double bed with the addition of a single bed. Veranda equipped with table, chairs, deckchairs, also has a barbecue, outdoor shower, solarium, reserved parking space. It is about 150 meters from the beautiful beach of fine sand and crystal clear sea. Ideal place to visit the most beautiful tourist places of historical and natural interest: and reachable in a few minutes: Scopello km 20, Zingaro Nature Reserve km. 25, San Vito Lo Capo km 40, Erice km 45, Trapani km 50, Monreale km. 30, Palermo km40.
The use of air conditioning will be calculated on consumption with extra payment, 1kw=0.50€.
Visitor's tax will be paid at check in, 1 euro per person per day.
Ideal for those who love spending their holidays in absolute tranquility and in contact with nature, near the archaeological site of Segesta, the Zingaro Nature Reserve, the Egadi Islands and Erice. Framed by greenery, ideal place for those who love tranquility.

Very nice!

We had a wonderfull stay. Piera is a very good host! The house was very clean and tidy and exactly as the add shows. Highly recommended!

Very Welcoming Sleepy (and Baby-friendly!) Retreat

A lovely sleepy hideaway from the touristy crowds and very baby friendly. Our pre-arranged car hire arrangements fell through but the owners of the apartment came and collected us for €40 with absolutely no notice which was a god-send. By the time we arrived at the flat 45minutes later they had arranged over the phone for alternative local car hire at around the rates on-line from the UK - half the price of the airport rates. We were very grateful for all this assistance. When we arrived we found that Piera had cooked for us! Unbelievable and, again, very welcome as we were whacked and couldn't face the supermarket so late in the day. (Actually, Piera surprised us with home-made lasagne for our last night - I hope she doesn't resent me writing this as she may be expected to do it for all her guests!) We had e-mailed ahead to say we would be bringing our 7-month baby daughter with us, and as promised we found a high chair, travel cot and baby bath waiting for us. There were also plenty of mats, rugs, duvets and cushions around to establish a safe area - necessary as the floors are ceramic and hard (as our little one unfortunately discovered the ugly way, but was fine after a little cry and cuddle). We did bring a mosquito net to cover the cot, though, which is vital. The flat does have plug-in mozzy-repellants which appear to work well but it's better to be safe than sorry. Balestrate has a lovely beach just through the woods from the apartments, but the town itself doesn't have a lot to offer, really. However, we had very comfortable days out (under an hour in the car each way) to Segesta (ancient Greek temple and theatre - spectacular), the Riserva Naturale dello Zingaro (very beautiful, crystal waters in secret coves, and invisible wild tortoises), and to Palermo (hectic, particularly the traffic and navigation - allow at least an extra half-hour between the motorway and the city). The rest of our time was spent very happily mooching to town and hanging around in the flat and garden. Marvellous!

Was für ein schöner Urlaub!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub auf Sizilien. Und die schöne Unterkunft hat dazu beigetragen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Appartement war super gemütlich und unsere freundlichen Gastgeber haben uns bei allen Fragen geholfen und sich liebevoll um alles gekümmert. Der Pool war immer sauber. Der Strand war ganz nah und über einen kurzen Weg durch den schönen Wald zu erreichen. Der Weg in die Einkaufsstraße war nicht weit und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Ausblick auf das Meer auf diesem Weg ist atemberaubend. Abends konnten wir in einem wunderbaren Strandrestaurant essen und anschließend gemütlich ins Appartement zurückschlendern. Fazit: eine wunderbare, erholsame Zeit! Herzlichen Dank dafür!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe

Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Urlaubswoche in Balestrate verbracht. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, verfügt über einen Pool. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten, Stühle und Sonnenschirm für den Strand sind in der Ferienwohnung vorhanden. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Excellent little place & owners 😀

We, family of three, including 16y old son, stayed at Laila apartment from 10-24 August. We really enjoyed our stay there. Apartment is clean, quiet, very close to beach (3 min walk) and also very close to supermarkets (less than 10 min walk). Very convenient little place if you self catering.You find everything you want from butchers, fishmongers, bakers etc just a walk away. Restaurants , both seafood and pizzeria are very good. There is a tour organiser in the town Centre if you want to explore Sicily, prices are quite alright. Most important the owners are very helpful, kind and welcoming. They can't do enough for you. Few days after our arrival Liza brought us a nice basket of beautiful fresh fruits and pastries from local bakers. It was a very nice touch. Can't praise them enough. Lovely helpful people and made our holiday very special. Thank you Giovanni & Liza 😀 (Sabina & family)

Super Urlaub !!!

Die Fewo ist super schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt außerhalb und doch total zentral. In 5 Min. zum Ortskern, 3 Min. zum Strand. usw. Der Pool ist fast direkt neben der Wohnung. Einfach perfekt! Es war ein super schöner Urlaub, da fahren wir auf alle Fälle wieder hin.

Tutto perfetto!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per 6 notti, che dire...ha di certo contribuito a rendere fantastica la nostra vacanza! E' uno dei pochi casi in cui le foto non rendono giustizia perché, dal vivo, è ancora più bello!!! Appartamento pulito, luminoso, indipendente, dotato di tutti i confort ed immerso nel verde ma a due passi dal centro (circa 800 metri, ovvero 10 minuti a piedi) e dalla spiaggia (occorre percorrere 150 metri in un vialetto nel bosco meraviglioso). Il giardino, piscina inclusa, è davvero stupendo ed ottimamente curato. Basti pensare che, sebbene amanti della spiaggia, alcuni pomeriggi non abbiamo resistito e siamo rimasti stesi in giardino. Per quanto concerne i proprietari? Due persone stupende delle quali ricorderemo la simpatia e l'estrema cortesia nonché, e questo non guasta, l'estrema cura che mettono nel proprio lavoro per assicurare che nulla manchi agli ospiti. Balestrate è inoltre un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare la Riserva dello Zingaro, Scopello, San Vito lo Capo, Favignana etc.. Solitamente non rifacciamo la stessa vacanza perché ci sono tanti luoghi da vedere ma in questo caso, seppur appena ritornati, abbiamo già pensato di fare un'eccezione alla regola!!! Grazie ancora! Appartamento eccellente i...

Appartamento eccellente in contesto tranquillo e a due passi dal mare. L'appartamento si trova in un punto strategico della Sicilia se si vuole visitare le rinomate località balneari di Scopello, S. Vito lo Capo, riserva dello Zingaro, Mondello e altrettanto vicino per visitare luoghi di interesse storico o archeologico (Palermo, Trapani, Erice e Segesta). I proprietari sono di una disponibilità e gentilezza incredibili. Unica difficoltà incontrata: all'interno dell'appartamento è completamente assente il servizio GSM (la connessione internet è comunque disponibile grazie al wi-fi gratuito). Su richiesta c'è la possibilità di concordare con i proprietari le pulizie infrasettimanali con servizio accurato (fanno addirittura il bucato) e a prezzi veramente modici. Consigliatissimo

"Abbiamo passato un vacanza magnifica. Il posto è stupendo,la gente è molto ospitale e cordiale. Piera è una persona splendida, così altrettanto la famiglia . Piera è stata in un certo senso la nostra guida, sempre premurosa,disponibile e cordiale, il vero padrone di casa gentile. Per noi è stata una vera amica. L'appartamento messoci a disposizione ci ha permesso di trascorrere la nostra vacanza con tutti i servizi ed i confort di casa: non mancava nulla. L'appartamento,nuovissimo, è un vero gioiellino arredato con estrema cura,curato nei minimi particolari e vicinissimo ad una stupenda spiaggia di sabbia adatta anche ai bambini. Balestrate è un paese molto carino e ottimo punto di partenza per visitare tutte le meraviglie della provincia di Palermo e Trapani (la riserva dello Zingaro, Scopello, Erice, Segesta e Selinunte, le saline, FAvignana, San Vito). "I Loft sono al piano terra e non hanno una vista particolare, ma sono puliti, molto curati e con un'ottima dotazione di quanto serve in cucina e a tavola. Biancheria, accappatoi ed asciugamani di buona qualità. L'accesso alla struttura è chiuso da un cancello carrabile. La struttura è gradevole e confortevole."

"L'appartamento è collocato in una zona tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere la spiaggia adiacente e a pochi km da siti turistici interessanti. La casa è molto accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort.
