Amazing panoramic views towards the town and sea, this first floor apartment is perfectly situated for all the towns' amenities and attractions. Ground floor: Communal entrance lobby and stairs leading to first floor.
First floor: Front door leading into hallway with doors to: Double bedroom: with king size bed, wardrobe and dressing table. Single bedroom: with single bed and chest of draws. Family bathroom: with electric shower over bath, WC and washbasin. Lounge/Diner: with sea view, comfortable sofas and balcony, 42" Smart TV. Kitchen: with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.
Please note: Balcony with seating. Please bring own bed linen and towels. Hairdryer. WiFi. Allocated parking space. Location: Beach 70m, pubs and shops a 5 minute stroll.

Great location

This flat is ideally situated close to the beach and town. A comfortable place to stay equipped with all you could need. Having the allocated parking space means you have no worries about parking. We have stayed here a few times and will be back again!

Lovely view

The flat was well equipped and very tidy everything was clearly labelled and instructions left for everything. 10 Vista Court did not disappoint we would throughly recommend. Bonus the dishwasher and washing machine! It was peaceful and the sea view and sunsets a bonus even on a windy day!

Always look forward to coming to this flat on 1st floor in Vista Court. Adequately furnished, and everything you need in the kitchen, and has a good bonus of having a car parking space.

We love Vista Court, so close to the sea

A first class accommodation so close to the sea. The lounge has large windows and balcony great views. So comfy Cosy bedroom nice to have carpets throughout the apartment. Going again

A pleasant and well located holiday flat

10 Vista Court provided nice clean and comfortable accommodation, well laid out with sufficient furniture, facilities and kitchen equipment for a self-catering holiday. Everything worked. Having a designated parking space beneath the flat was a bonus. Beach and town centre are within easy walking distance. Flat is located on the first floor, immediately above the covered parking area beneath. It looks out over a public car park but there is a sea view beyond. There is a balcony with a table and chairs. We enjoyed our stay at the flat and liked Sheringham as a holiday resort. The flat represented value for money and we would recommend it.

Nice flat and beautiful view

The lounge was warm and comfortable with a lovely sea view. It had a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. It was in a very good location and had parking for one car. And it was good value for money. The main bedroom was a bit musty Bedding was not provided and it would have nice to have the beds made up for us after a long journey. It was also extra things to bring. We could not find the welcome pack and it took a while to work out how to turn on the heating and the switches for the shower, the extractor fan and heated towel rail. We had a good holiday and would come again.

My stay

Lovely location close to the sea. Lounge and bedrooms comfortable and clean. Only the kitchen needs an upgrade with a few modern essentials and a new bathroom. A walk in shower would be excellent. Lastly a new tv. Limited programmes on the one at the apartment

Some concerns

It has always been a favourite of ours, but alas the last time, age is against us, stairs to flat, getting a bit too much for us on arrival . (Taking cases etc up and down) Two concerns for such a nice place. New pillows are required old ones getting rather flat. Cleaner does not hover up very well as bea?ter does not turn any more. Views out to sea glorious, heating very good, NEW telly (great). Thank you for letting us stay here (several times)

Fine apartment

Great apartment, wonderful position with balcony and sea view. Space for car. Had a good week despite very cold weather for June. A couple of points - Guest book mentioned some guests getting welcome pack, some not. We didn't. This needs to be consistent. Also, hand rail on wall by bath would be good as it is rather slippy. Otherwise excellent.

A very pleasant stay

Our return to 10 Vista Court was just as good as the first time we stayed in May. A great location, close to everything in Sheringham town, having designated parking is always a bonus too. Very comfortable place to stay with most things you need. Hopefully we’ll return again next year.

A lovely restful stay

We had stayed in a couple of these flats back around 1990 with family members who are no longer with us. Therefore a lot of nostalgia and happy memories. Did not disappoint. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well enough equipped. There was a cold wind so we spent much of the time in the flat looking at the sea through the lovely windows with occasional trips out along the prom. Had we wanted to go out and about it was a great location and we had our own parking space partly under cover. The small bedroom is small with one bed. Our son is 6'5" so the room was a little small for him but for one week, hardly an issue. The microwave looked at first sight like something off the bridge of an aircraft carrier and was difficult to work out how to do basic tasks. If you are doing it every day OK, but for odd occasions on holiday it was a bit too much. My husband much appreciated the dishwasher. The cooker was fine and clean. On balance, a lovely property, probably most appropriate for adults rather than children. I do not remember seeing any games etc but we did not look.

We stayed in this apartment last year and enjoyed it so much we booked again this year. We missed the welcome pack but then again we didn't expect one. Clean and tidy and comfortable. Extractor over cooker not working and light over sink in bathroom not working. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.
