Welcome to The Annexe on Morris Street — a bright, comfortable space in one of Sheringham's most peaceful residential streets. Just a short, level walk from the beach, high street, cafés and the coastal path, this is the perfect base for exploring the North Norfolk coast. With private parking, WiFi and a dog‑friendly setup, it's ideal for couples, solo travellers or small families looking for a relaxed coastal break. Inside, you'll find a spacious lounge and dining area, a sunny conservatory, a well‑equipped kitchen and a large ground‑floor king bedroom. Upstairs is a cosy single room tucked into the eaves — great for a child, teen or an additional adult. Everything is designed to make your stay easy and comfortable, whether you're here for beach days, coastal walks or simply unwinding by the sea.
Ground Floor, with front door leading into the conservatory with door to open plan lounge/dining room with Smart TV and comfortable sofa with staircase, door to inner lobby with door to kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer and microwave, door to family bathroom with walk-in shower cubicle, WC and washbasin. Door with 2 steps to bedroom with king size bed.

Good place to stay

Good property. Spotlessly clean. Lovely bed linen and very comfortable seating. Parking space invaluable. Only downsides- the bottle tray in fridge is very shallow and we lost milk and cordial when we opened the door and no mop - had to use our towels - luckily had taken spares. 9.00 departure is a rush and 5.00 access is not ideal as the agents have closed for any queries

Stay at the Annexe on Morris Street

The location of the Annexe on Morris Street is excellent and having a parking space was very good. However the kitchen and bathroom are very dated and in need of refurbishing. All other areas of the property were very good and spacious.

Stay at The Annex, Sheringham

Second time at this property ideally located near the centre of Sheringham and also a 2 minute walk to the sea front. Off street parking provided. Property was clean and well appointed with all the essentials for a weeks stay. Key collection on arrival and drop off on departure at office in town centre a 2 minute walk away.

We enjoyed our stay at The Annexe. It was the perfect size for us as a couple and in an ideal spot close to everything, but in a quiet street. It was well equipped and comfortable. A home away from home.

Excellent apartment in great location

My second stay at The Annexe. It's in a great spot, being quiet but very close to the town centre. Having a parking space also a boon! It has a lovely big bedroom, with a king sized bed (somewhat hard to find in many holiday properties) and the dining/sitting area has plenty of space to stretch out and relax.

Fantastic place to stay

Fantastic location near both the shops and the beach. Clean & tidy and the milk, tea & coffee was a lovely welcoming touch. There was no access to the garden (which was highlighted in the property details) which was a shame as we have small dogs. That said, I would highly recommend this property to family and friends. Sherringham is a beautiful, unspoilt location with many independent shops & places to eat.

Holiday let

The accommodation is ideally located a couple of minutes from the sea front and shops but in a quiet residential street with its own off street parking space. It was clean with a well equipped kitchen and there was an unexpected welcome pack including milk, tea and sugar when we got there. The key collection and drop off was easy with the office a 2 minute walk away.

Happy days

We enjoyed our stay here -everything was clean and tidy We are both over 80 and would say that the shower was good but leaves a mess when you get out and could be dangerous. Also it would be good to have a toilet roll holder. Having made these little suggestions I repeat we throughly enjoyed our stay here

Light and spacious in great position with parking

The Annexe was a great place to stay. Incredibly spacious for a two bedroom home. The double bedroom was particularly palatial. It was light and airy throughout so a cheerful place to be and I was greeted with flowers and a box of the (very) good biscuits. Having it's own parking is a huge plus in Sheringham. It doesn't have a dishwasher so check the list of amenities if this is important to you but I would thoroughly recommend it.

Another great stay in the heart of Sheringham

I've stayed at The Annexe a number of times now and never regret booking it. It's a good size, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. It's also nicely decorated and furnished. The only downside is sometimes the kitchen isn't as well equipped as it might be - and I've recently discovered this comes about when it gets rented out alongside the big house next door. As a result things sometimes end up in the wrong place so it's worth asking at the agent's if you find something crucial isn't there.

Excellent holiday cottage location on site parking a bonus inside the cottage very nice and spotlessly clean tv a bonus with prime tv only negative issue is the entrance to the property double door only allows one side to open the other stays locked can not get a mobility scooter in without having to dismantle it no mention of this in the discription but only issue and would rebook it again without hesitation would still give it 10 out of 10

Good property

We have stayed at the annexe before and it has always been clean and comfortable. The entry time of 5pm seems incredibly late, particularly if there were to be an issue when Keys are closing soon afterwards and likewise the exit time of 9am seems a bit early. I understand this was set because of Covid but now that is not such a problem, perhaps the times could be adjusted.

Great Location shame about the shower

The location is very good 5 minutes walk to the shops and the seafront. Private parking was very good although a little bit alkward getting out onto the fairly busy road due to parked cars. Spacious lounge/diner, decent size kitchen but too many heavy fire doors. Step up to the good sized ground floor bedroom should have a warning strip on it.bed not that comfortable. A bit OTT on the fire prevention, I know it is very important but loads of fire alarms emergency lighting and a very perilous fire exit seemed a bit OTT. The stair rail was so close to the wall halfway up the stairs it couldn't be used, a rail on the other side of the staires would be very helpful. The shower was a very slow dribble, needs to be sorted.

Could improve.

Having stayed at the Annexe on a number of occasions, it seems that an infantry of crockery and associated cooking essentials may help to overcome the lack of these items. There are no measuring bowls or containers to hold any excess liquids or food items and a tea mug is the only way to heat such things as milk etc to put into the microwave to heat. There was no tea tray to aid carrying things about. Whilst in previous years these items were available, now you take pot luck in the hope that there will be the necessary utensils to aid food preparation. We have had to resort into purchasing our own crockery and other essential utensils while on holiday there. The radiator in the bathroom/toilet has still not been attended to and was not working two years ago.

As previous visits to The Annexe it was as expected and mother was content with what she was comfortable with having lived in Sheringham for many years she likes to reminisce And so we had a look at all familiar places and enjoyed our stay

Recommended additions to the kitchen utensils.

After our last visit we made a number of recommendations that would be helpful if they were added to the kitchen. I am pleased to say that these were taken up and it makes life much easier when preparing meals in the kitchen. Thank you. Maybe the toilet needs some attention next!

We had a good week at The Annex on Morris Street.

This is another return stay at The Annex on Morris Street. So we knew that we needed to take all of the usual cleaning and washing-up items along with toilet rolls, with us, because for some reason “The Annex”, as we call it, doesn’t supply what we feel is necessary for a weeks stay. We noticed that the floor doesn’t appear to have been cleaned for awhile. Also there isn’t a lock on the Bathroom door, which makes things a bit difficult when we have company come to visit us, especially as it’s not possible to hold the bathroom door shut and sit on the loo!!

First class location for a holiday.

Easy access to town, Always quiet and able to get a goods nights sleep. Kitchen small and bedrooms quite a distance from the bathroom. With a few exceptions everything is there to make for an enjoyable stay.
