The apartment was very clean, comfortable and the location is very good. But needs a new mattress as a bit uncomfortable. Also as the apartment is on the top floor visitors need to know about the stairs we managed but many older visitors might not be able to manage and the parking facility is right outside the access door. Is also ideal for touring around Norfolk. We had a really good holiday and will book again next year.

It was exactly what we expected from the description beforehand. The host was always prompt with replies to any queries and especially in allowing us into the property earlier than the check in time. This was much appreciated by us.The whole apartment was very clean, well equipped and comfortable, couldn't have wished for a better experience. Parking was easy (always important to us) and right by the back door with an additional space if needed. The only comment (not a criticism by any means), was that a couple of small tables on which to put our coffee/tea cups etc by the sofas would have been useful.We would certainly like to come again and would recommend this accommodation to friends.We had a lovely few days stay, for what was a birthday celebration.Thank you.Linda and Brian

The property was everything it promised to be. Thoroughly clean and well cared for, everything worked as it should and the accommodation was well equipped and spacious. Having not 1 but 2 parking spaces and in a perfect location was exactly what I wanted, although I only needed 1 parking space. The only slight criticism I could say is that the mattress was a bit worn, one could feel the springs, but it didn't stop me getting a good night's sleep despite the hot weather. Would definitely book again if able.

Nice little flat for exploring the local areas with everything you would need for a holiday. Close proximity to the train station too which makes exploration easier when the weather is miserable!

The property is well situated and within walking distance for all the things that we came to Sherringham for.I would recommend marks property for anyone who wants to park their car up and enjoy the area as the bus/train service is excellent.
