"Welcome to our 65 square meter apartment, located in a building in the heart of La Spezia, just a few steps from the central station. The apartment, ideal for up to 4 guests, has been recently renovated and offers numerous amenities for an unforgettable stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, hob, and refrigerator. The living room is spacious and bright, with a comfortable sofa bed and a dining table. The bedrooms are tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort, including air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom is modern and functional, with a shower.
The location of the apartment is ideal for exploring the Cinque Terre, reachable by train in a few minutes. La Spezia Central Station is just 400 meters away, and nearby you will find many shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars.
Upon request, you will have the opportunity to rent a boat for private excursions in the Gulf of Poets and the Cinque Terre, a unique experience to discover the beauty of the Ligurian coast from a privileged perspective.

Lorenzo was a great host. Very attentive following up to see if we needed anything. Great location close to a big train station. Very convenient for our comings and goings to Cinque Terre. The sofa bed was firm. That was perfect for me. I usually find them lumpy or too soft on other properties.

Overall experience was good. The bathroom is one step lower and it would be safer to install some light indicator so tenant won't trip at night. The place is close to the road and it can get a little noisy at night.

Great apartment in La Spezia

We used the apartment to travel to the Cinque Terre and Porto Venere mainly. However we were surprised to see how nice the city centre of la Spezia is as well. We stayed for 11 nights, the host facilitated us with new bedding during this team, and we had great contact during our stay. The host is very kind and also gave us some tips for restaurants for example. The apartment is nice and large, with a separate living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. This was very welcome for our longer stay. The bed was also good and air conditioning was useful at night after the warmer days. The train station is only 5 minutes by foot, the city centre about 10-15. The only negative is that the the listing shows up as if there is a washing machine available at the apartment. This was unfortunately not the case, which was a pity since this was one of the reasons to choose the apartment. I would suggest removing this from the listing. All in all, the apartment was great though and I would recommend it.

tolles Appartement

Die Kommunikation mit Lorenzo unserem Vermieter war sehr gut. Auch sein Tip wo wir gut essen gehen können war super. Das Appartement liegt zwar in einem Multi-Kulti-Viertel aber es war richtig modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Da das Haus an einer sehr verkehrsreichen Straße liegt waren wir froh, dass unsere Fenster und der Balkon zu den andere Seiten raus gingen. Optimal war, dass die Bushaltestellen nur 70 m weg war und der Supermarkt war auch um die Ecke. Vielen Dank nochmal an Lorenzo.
