This attached cottage is situated on a farm near the Devon village of Halwell and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Oak Tree is an attached cottage on a traditional Devon working farm in countryside near the Devon village of Halwell. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, a four poster double with an en suite bathroom and a twin, plus a shower room. On the ground floor is a sitting room with wood burning stove, a conservatory and a kitchen with dining area. Outside is a patio with furniture and a barbecue and shared use of a splendid indoor swimming pool, games room, trampoline and play area and conservation walks across the farm. A mile from the village and its good food pub, Oak Tree is a smashing cottage for a relaxing Devon break.
Amenities: Central heating, underfloor heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge, freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for two cars.Shared Children's play area, barbecue, indoor pool. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Note: Swimming pool is 39' x 19' x 3' to 4'6" deep, available from 8am to 8pm; occasionally the pool is also used by owners' family and friends.
