Apartment Signoria Elegant by Mmega

Located on the 4th (with elevator) floor of a traditional Florentine building on the very central via dei Cerchi. In the heart of the city halfway between Piazza della Signoria and Piazza del Duomo: it's impossible to find a more central loaction!

Recently renovated, Signoria Elegant has modern furnishings and offers cozy rooms superbly equipped with all necessary amenities for an unforgettable stay in Florence.

The interior space is organized on two levels. Upon entering the apartment, you'll find a small corridor which leads into the first bedroom on the right hand side, while on the left hand side you find the first bathroom (with a washing machine) and spacious the living room (where are a comfortable double sofa bed and the TV) and kitchen area. This luminous space provides guests space to relax in front of the television or a good book after a day of sightseeing in magical Florence.

A staircase leads up the loft where you find the second double bedroom and the second bathroom.

Capable to accommodate up to 5 people, this prestigious apartment is equipped with many comforts as air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi, monoxide detector and independent heating.

Location is fantastic! The space was very nice, plenty of room! but the internet was very spotty (one of our party was trying to work remotely and that was extremely difficult). The upstairs mattress is not great.

The apartment is in an amazing location, walking distance to shopping, museums, supermarket and restaurants. The apartment was not ready for our check in time and we did not have hot water the 1st day. The communication with the management team was easy and they did address our issues promptly.

Great location, clean, and easy check in with nice host. The apartment was not a comfortable place to spend time - very limited seating (one couch for two people) and the beds could be improved. The downstairs bathroom had an overwhelming smell of sulfur and was almost unusable. Two of our party elected to stay in a hotel rather than spend a second night at the apartment.

Can't beat the location of this apartment if you want to be in the center of Florence. The place was clean and checkin was easy. The beds are not the most comfortable but will do for most. Seems well appointed though we didn't use the kitchen at all, why would you with the abundance of amazing restaurants nearby?

If you want the feel of a non-touristy place with the cutest Italian charm then this is your place. The location near the Duomo was perfect. Having two bathrooms was wonderful and the cleanliness was spot on! The host went above and beyond to be the most accommodating. We loved every minute

Great central location for exploring Florence, walking distance to all the main attractions and train station. Apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed, appreciated the elevator to avoid the stairs in the July heat. Lots of room for our family of five. Wifi did not work great all the time and the AC had a hard time keeping up during the heat wave but all things considered we would definitely recommend staying here. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very nice location for 3 adult males to venture out and walk the various establishments. The street down below was active until 2am so it was a little noisy at times. My only compliantwas the showers did not have a shelf to hold soap and shampoo about

Great place, great location

Loved the place Comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. Really love the location. it is perfectly situated in the heart of the city. Everything to see is within walking distance. Restaurants all over the place it is always easy to find a place to eat. Though there is a cute little Grocery store in the same square, also two great food vendors and a small pub as well! We really enjoyed our stay here. 5 stars.

We stayed in 3 VRBOs during our stay in Italy. This property in Florence was our absolute favorite. You can’t beat the location. In between the Duomo and Piazza Vecchio. Even a great little snack shop just next door. Try their deep fried olives! The check in process was seamless and they even brought us extra towels and blankets. Very clean. Modern and cozy. Would recommend and definitely stay there again.

Great property in an awesome location for exploring Florence. Our host was very accommodating (we arrived a little early) and responsive. We had one hiccup with the electrical system and needed to keep resetting the circuit breaker, but the host has been notified and will be addressing it. I'd certainly recommend this for a future trip, comfortably sleeping up to four people, and great to have two separate bathrooms.
