It’s a beautiful little apartment. The street is 45degrees up and down with unsafe cobblestones. Parking would be a joke…don’t bring a car. First Aid box empty. Shower is another joke…needs a serious upgrade. Instructions for the washing machine would be helpful but the machine is good. I had a good time, but it was a challenge.

Charming but needs minor improvement

Beautiful place, beautiful location. Check-in process was very easy. Appreciated being on a cul-de-sac, which reduced the city noise somewhat (still under the airport flight path though). Really appreciated the heaters for when it gets cold at night. Really great location. Close enough to buses/metro/trams that take you anywhere in the city, yet just outside of the busy areas. Feels like an authentic neighbourhood and not a touristy one. Perfect if you are looking for old-world charm. Comfy bed. Some (minor) issues: Bathroom needs work. Mold in shower and some faucets were difficult to operate. In general, the shower was not great. Kitchen is functional, but the fridge is tiny and there is no oven (if cooking at home is a priority). Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would be happy to book it again. Obrigado!

great place, run-down appartment

I am very sorry to give such bad review. But our stay there was difficult and not so nice. The apartment is very run down and definitely the opposite of stylish! It's a shame because it's in a very nice location. Some of the dishes were dirty. We had exactly 1 wine glass and the rest of the dishes were very strangely chosen. There is a construction site by the bedroom window and we had noise from 7am all day.The communication with the agency about this was not very helpful. We were not given any information about the surrounding area or where the rubbish needs to be dropped.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Gut aufgeteilte Räume, Schlafzimmer zum Garten, dadurch super ruhig. Sehr hilfsbereite Welcome Managerin, die alle Fragen umgehend beantwortet hat. Eine Information zum Umgang mit dem Müll (Mülltrennung, wohin damit) wäre hilfreich - Infoblatt in der Küche !?). Wir haben die Antwort von der Welcome Managerin bekommen.

Schönes Apartment, in guter Lage. Einrichtung zweckmäßig. Guter Service Vorort. Es war kein Flaschenöffner und Korkenzieher vorhanden. Ein Besen war auch nicht vorhanden. Der Spülschwamm war sehr alt und schmutzig.
