The property offers 800 feet of private beach, 2 pools, hot tub, full size tennis court, fitness center, grill and picnic areas, and private parking in the gated community. The master suite features a King size bed, gorgeous views of the Gulf, sliding glass door to the units private balcony, and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom has two double beds, TVs in both bedrooms. The hall bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Fully equipped kitchen with a dining room that seats 6 at the table and 2 at the breakfast bar. Besides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico and easy access to the private balcony, the living room also offers comfortable furniture and a queen sofa sleeper. This two bedroom also has tile throughout the unit. All units include cable, WIFI, and full size washer and dryer. Book now before someone else grabs your perfect family vacation spot! Great location and property

We enjoyed the location and property but a few minor fixes would make this condo a fantastic place. The beds in the 2nd bedroom are getting old. The Wifi stopped working on the last evening of our stay and didn't resume working. Could not figure out the TV set up. There were 6 remotes for two TV's- to hard to figure out.

Good location

Smaller condo - 8 floors. Beach was not as crowded as larger condo buildings further down Perdido Key.
