Wonderful stay and location

Second time in Rome staying in Prati area and this apartment was more than exceptional. Walking distance to Vatican as well as Ottaviano Metro to go anywhere else. Private and quiet. Spacious and comfortable. Andrea and his staff made everyone feel welcomed and answered any questions we had. Will certainly look up again on next visit.

The apartment is immaculate and has everything you need to begin your stay near the Metro and Vatican City. Not only is it as advertised, but also Andrea is very prompt and clear in her communications. The building and neighborhood are quiet. There are plenty of top restaurants and markets nearby, as well.

Idéalement situé

L'appartement est situé dans un immeuble cossu au 3ème étage avec ascenseur. Il est tout à fait conforme aux photos. Il est moderne et très propre. La seule chose à améliorer serait de mettre des rideaux occultants dans les chambres car les volets sont à persiennes et laissent passer l'éclairage extérieur. La basilique St Pierre est à 2 pas. Le métro et les bus sont juste à côté. Il y a de nombreux restaurants. Andrea et Carolina, sa collaboratrice, sont très réactifs. Nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable à Rome!

Avid walkers paradise

Wonderful apartment that’s in close proximity to many of the attractions. We like to walk and often travel 5 miles around Rome. The metro is close for those who would rather go that way.

Convenient, safe neighborhood

This was a wonderful place to stay. Both bedrooms were large, clean and had plenty of hangers. The living room was comfortable and the dining table was larger than expected and chairs were comfortable. The bathroom was large with plenty of storage shelving. The kitchen was clean, updated and had all the appliances and dishes you would need. Every room had a large window with a privacy shutter you could open or close. Food stores were nearby and there were many family owned restaurants in the neighborhood. Metro station is a block and a half away. Entrance to the Vatican is on the exact opposite side of the block, but you’d never know it until you walk around the block. There are windows in every room so we didn’t even use the air conditioning because we were high enough to feel safe with the windows open. The building is very secure with a locked door into the lobby, locked gate into the stair/elevator area, then locked front door. I’d highly recommend this property.

Wonderful apartment in a busy neighborhood. We loved looking out the window at the bustling people. Restaurants, bakeries, fornos and more. Very safe atmosphere also.
