A tastefully furnished apartment with stunning views at 500 meters from the sea of Aci Trezza, a charming fishing town with a romantic promenade, good restaurants and a vibrant atmosphere all year round.

The apartment consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa, an open kitchen with dining table, a bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet, and a double room with stunning sea view.

Casa delle Alohe is halfway Catania and Acireale on the second and upper floor of a modern villa. The bright living room has access to one of the two furnished terraces with stunning sea views. Stairs lead to a second terrace, on the roof, with a 360-degree view. This terrace is perfect for sunbathing.

The presence of central heating and the sunny, south facing, position makes Casa delle Alohe ideal for a stay at any time of the year.

Giuseppe and Jano are fantastic host, two friendly, and very lovely persons! The apartmant is beautiful and cozy, more than on the pictures! Well equipped kitchen, you have everything you need for making breakfast, or dinner. The bed is so comfortable with a view that you don't want to use the shader! Two huge and lovely terrace with stunning view! We had amazing days there, and definitely we we'll come back!! You can find a nice place to stay, but hosts like Giovanni and Jano are rare fortune!

This condo was outstanding! Extremely clean with all the amenities. The patio and views of the sea were perfect for breakfasting and evening relaxing with a cocktail. The caretakers were readily available and able to meet any requests. Believe me when I say you cannot go wrong if you choose this place for your vacation in Sicily!

Amazing Views

The owners were fantastic greeting us when we got there. The views are spectacular. The town is close by walkable or there is plenty of metered parking on the waterfront. Great restaurants plenty of choices. Totally recommend staying here.

Giuseppe and Jano were absolutely wonderful hosts! They were great with communication and very accommodating with our arrival time. They were so welcoming and we were greeted with a beautiful bowl of fresh fruit and a delicious bottle of Janosā€™ homemade wineā€¦ one of the best we tasted!! The apartment is everything it looks like and more!! The views are unbelievable, especially from the rooftop! Having the patio and rooftop to ourselves was so lovely and we enjoyed many espressos and glasses of wine out there overlooking the water. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our week stay. It was a plus being just a short walk to the main restaurants and sea area as well! Thank you both so much, we had a fantastic time at Casa delle aloe!

Fantastic apartment with a wonderful view. We worked remotely from here for a week so can confirm the WiFi is good and extended to the balcony. The hosts Sebastiano and Giovanni were very welcoming, with a bottle of their own wine and fresh fruit gifted to us upon arrival. A lovely and safe apartment to rent, located in a small peaceful town on the sea.

Fantastic apartment all that was advertised and more. Highly recommend it. Fantastic views with fantastic terraces, great layout. Spotless and well maintained, great location. Giulia was very helpful and friendly. Couldn't have asked for more, loved every minute of our week in this part of Sicily. Easy walking distance to the great local restaurants even though it was a bit of a climb, but the distance was short.

So comfortable and amazing views.

Giuseppe and Jano made us welcome in person, and had provided bottled water, home made wine (unbelievably good) and the most delicious blood oranges and lemons from the garden. They could not do enough for us! The property would be hard to find but their directions meant we found it easily. A car is necessary for stays here but it is worth it - quiet and comfortable with amazing views from the patio and roof garden. Thank you both for letting us stay here!

These are the greatest hosts in the world. They were so calm and professional and the facilities are cleaner than my home. Immaculate! The kitchen is adequately provisioned. Shower and toilet ā€¦perfect. The terrace has views you canā€™t beat. There is even a bonus terrace above. Be prepared for a few stairs which are easily navigable (we are 70) convenient to markets too!I would have no problem staying again. Two difficulties Itā€™s a little challenging to find but once youā€™ve got it figured out itā€™s easy. Also, during our stay the washer was in operative but that was fixable and they provided fresh towels to accommodate us. We even cooked in several times and really enjoyed the Siciliano still di vida.

We were a little hesitant to book a place in Sicily online. We came across this unit when searching Catania. The photos do not do it justice. The unit was beautiful and comfortable. Jano and Giuseppe met us and made sure everything was explained. The fresh fruit and homemade wine were delightful and we enjoyed them very much. The view from the terrace is famtastic. Being able to cook in a fully equipped kitchen and do laundry helped keep expenses down. Great base of operations to see Syracuse, Taormina and Etna. You'll love it here.

After we landed in Catania, we took the bus to Aci Trezza (40') where Sebastiano was waiting for us. When we arrived to the apartment up the hill, his brother Giuseppe was waiting with fresh drinks and fruits. There was a bottle of homemade wine of Sebastiano's wine yard, which was absolutely delicious. The apartment was located very close to the center of Aci Trezza (8 minute walk) and had everything we needed. The look from the terras over the 'isole dei ciclopi' was amazing. The host was very helpful. Besides recommending good restaurants, he drove us to several beautiful places on the island (Taormina, Etna,...) and even arranged a private boat tour on his yacht. Thanks to the host, this was one of our best 'chill' vacations of all time.

We have stayed in a lot of apartments in Italy - this is a beautiful apartment, excellently positioned only 30 mins from the airport. The village is in walking distance which has a range of restaurants and local shops. A nearby railway station )15 mins drive) allows easy access to local towns. The terrace is the perfect place to unwind and in an evening the ā€˜top terraceā€™ gets the sun till it sets. Guiseppe was very accommodating re: check in as we arrived early. A very friendly and charming host. It was great to know he was close at hand if we needed him. The apartment has everything you need including air con. Everything in the apartment is of the highest standard. We simply cannot fault any aspect of the apartment and wouldnā€™t hesitate to return to explore more of Sicily.

The accomodation was superb, well equipped. We found all what we needed. Kitchen and bathroom had all neccesary things (such as enough glasses, spoons coffee machine etc.). As we landed at midnight, we very happy that very late check-in was possible. Even we got as a welcoming present bottle of Sicilian wine and bowl of fruits. Higher impression from accomodation we had when we firstly stayed on terrace. We had fantastic evenings with beautyful sea view from both terraces. View from sleeping room was also marvelous. Corner window allows to see the sunrise and sea directly from bed. Small stone beach and local grocery shops were 20 min by walk from house. We reccomend to rent a car (small one is possible to park next to house) and disover Sicilian towns such as Taormina and Syrakusy.

Contact with owners was easy and meeting up to obtain keys, etc was spot on as Giuseppe lives below. Both hosts were delightful and the accommodation was immaculate and exactly as described on Web. A welcome gift of a bowl of fruit and Jano' s excellent homemade Red wine was a surprise. Everything necessary was provided and we really enjoyed our stay, enabling us to explore the local area and further afield in Sicily. Acitrezza is a busy area at this time of summer but this added to the enjoyment as all the eateries were buzzing. Everywhere we went, we were made most welcome and the food superb. The apartment is situated on a hillside, up a narrow winding road, above the main coast road making access a little challenging, with parked cars and traffic. The property is behind electronic gates and parking is behind a further set of gates only suitable for a small car. Overall, our experience with the apartment was above reproach and we had a wonderful time there

Month in Sicily

The apartment was fine however a month long stay and no cleaning service was not good. They did give an extra set of sheets that the elastic on the bottom sheet was dry rotted so did not stay on the bed. The pictures show this beautiful patio and while it was nice you could not use it as the sun was so intense. An umbrella was provided but the wind took it away and a pot fell and broke the plastic cover below. There was no set screw to secure the umbrella to the base so they blamed us and tried to make us pay and when we refused they became very angry and hollered at us in Italian and sent nasty text. They also entered the apartment while we were gone visiting the islands without letting us know. Why they entered is unknown to us. The lounge chairs provided were old and broken. Overall it was just average. We stayed at a couple other location in Sicily that were much nicer in the same price range. I would not recommend

Wir wurden herzlich von den Vermietern empfangen. Die Wohnung zeigte sich wie auf den Fotos festgehalten. Das Apartment ist zweckmƤƟig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Highlight ist die Dachterrasse mit dem fantastischen Ausblick.Wir hatten einen erholsamen Aufenthalt.
